Haven't had any major challenges because if I need help I just call customer support who is MORE than helpful. Extremely accommodating and willing to make sure any challenges I have are resolved immediately. He is a true asset FreshSales

Pros

Extremely user friendly, I love that I can enter my clients social media profiles. That is an amazing feature to connect with my clients.

Cons

With regards to being able to add additional fields for healthcare industry. For example, Option is Healthcare. Can I narrow it down further to Hospital, surgical center, clinic, hospice. etc...

Good contact management, Pipelines for differents ales activities which are customizable. Web and Chat to Lead function, The app works also very good and I like the numbers from other countries.

Pros

Pipelines for Sales, Chat integration, fresh design, perfect support, self customization, Phone numbers from other countries for your clients for an easy contact. Web to Lead form, Chat intergation works very good.

Cons

Ok to set up, but could be easier, sometimes the reakztion is a bit slow and I do not think it's my internet, because I do have an 500 mBit connection

Overall software is good for small businesses, as the software gets evolved over the time it would be much useful.

Pros

The software is light in size and easy to operate which makes sales more fresh and abundant its email feature is also unique compared to other CRMs. Direct call log feature is great, there are other tons of features available for free which makes it highly suitable for small and medium business. it is also easy to operate from mobile, so mobility adds the good feature to the software

Cons

As compared to other CRMs like ZOHO, Proper works this software lacks some important features. Fresh sales also require so manual data input for further data processing which makes the process little tedious. The software is to be designed more intelligently which gives the reports with complete detailed insights. Some of the features of the software are still under development phase, so not completely ready for usage.

This software is perfect for you if you are in sales and need help to organize all your leads and keep them so they are easy to find or search through.

Pros

It has a free trial for you and up to like 6 or 7 people i believe so you can check it out and decide if it is for you or not. You can create all kinds of reports, tables or charts which to me are necessary . I been in sales forever and this is what I been using to keep all my tons of leads organized and easy to search through when i need to find specific ones. Also everything is stored in the cloud which gives you access no matter where you are at, which works out perfect if you have to work from home for a couple or few days you have access to all your leads still.

Cons

There is nothing really for me negative to say about this software I really like using it and would not have my leads as organized as they are now if I never started using this program to organize them. I think if the dashboard gave you percentages of how many leads have closed and pending leads still not closed or won and help you to keep track of your progress in sales that would be cool.

For a small business that is rapidly growing, Freshsales helped us get out of email and post-it note hell. Instantly made our lives easier.

Pros

The user interface is well designed. Everything you need is where you'd think it is.

Cons

A minor quibble that could be user error but the clean divide between leads and contacts can cause some consternation. If you make a mistake converting a lead to a contact, there is no way to "downgrade" that contact back to a lead. And if there is a dupe lead/contact, you have to convert before you can merge.

The training and onboarding were excellent. They always made time for the newbies in our group.

Pros

It is easy to add accounts and contacts manually or by uploading a CSV. Rich features and easy to navigate.

Cons

The sales process was hard because we started with an inside sales rep because we are a small group. We ended up with a corporate account manager at the close because of the size of our organization

Pros

\- cheap - but this does not help much as it does not work - if you use it in the free version for a small webshop without further integration maybe you can get happy with it

Cons

Feshsales is not for professional use, if you run a real company with sales and different persons involved in the sales process and you plan a CRM integration you better stay away from Freshsales. It full of (theoretical) features which do not work in reality and you have to spend a lot of time and money till you will discover that it is to buggy to work with it. - full of bugs and not working - team not willing (or able) to fix bugs - features cannot be used as they do not work - chaos in everything (integration lost, data changed, views look different, ...) Invest in another CRM tool if you are a professional, you will be regret if you use Freshsales. It is not worth to save the xxx bugs.

### "Good Feature Set But Poor Implementation"

Pros

Integrated form analysis. You can create custom funnels. You can see the heatmaps for your experiment variations. It's cheaper than most alternatives.

Cons

Technically not very great. I've had problems every single time I created experiments (or even form analysis). So I've heard that "we analysed this and it seems it's an issue from our side" sentence more than once and unfortunately support was not very fast. You can use this if you are a small to medium size company and you have time to spare.

With SalesForce Enterprise, we felt the value to price ratio started to go south. Paying for a name brand is no longer valuable rather paying for a platform that works with 24x7 support at an affordable price point is what we needed and FreshSales delivered that to us. Though the experience, we decided to add FreshDesk and FreshChat an additional two modules. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend FreshWorks to small and large enterprises.

Pros

Ease of use and the fact that it covers CRM, Email and Call features.

Cons

Since it's fairly new, they're still fulfilling desired feature sets.

All of our business problems are solved. We stay up to date and can follow up on our contacts on time. There is no excuse to forget about anyone no matter how busy we get with the appointment setter. We keep notes on each contact to help us stay personal. We can keep all there phone information and emails in one spot. It is easy to see our past conversations with Fresh Sales. Everything we need is right there!

Pros

We use this in our business and it has helped us keep our leads and sales on track. We have amazing customer service and FreshSales helps us do so. The notes, the deals, the appointments we can set, is all helpful tools to keep our business on track. I can't say enough good things about Freshsales! Thank you!

Cons

Haven't found anything yet. I have to write some words here to go to the next page.

We're still just getting started with Freshsales, but overall it has been a positive experience. We have several team members that all use FreshDesk and FreshChat, so having FreshSales well-integrated with those is huge benefit. However, despite having a similar inbound/outbound email feature to FreshDesk, it lacks the ability to manage Spam email effectively. Also, there is no lead capture form available to our plan, which is disappointing.

Pros

Integration with FreshChat/FreshDesk. Simple Lead management.

Cons

No apparent way to manage spam email. No lead capture included with our plan.

Pros

Freshsales offers in my opinion the best alternative to another CRM system.

Cons

On the free mode, the alert or notification function is disabled, were it is easy to miss an important notification within the system. Disabled also in the app, so you really don't know if you got a message or not from your contacts.

It does not allow to export information. Fresh Sales is easy to understand & hard to accomplish all the tasks.

Pros

Each & every information of the prospect gets tracked & can also access the organization with relevant links in social networks. Follow ups can easily be tracked. Notes or statuses after making a call to the client gives more specific information what to do next !!

Cons

Once the details of the prospect are updated, they are very difficult to edit & make it right. Font size are not suitable.

Pros

As you would expect with a CRM software, their contact with the customer would be frequent, helpful, and sympathetic to the current situation (COVID19). FreshSales is the only place I have found this. We have tried many other CRMs and none have them have matched to the customer service we have received from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] at FreshSales.

Cons

Integration was easy and uncomplicated, however I'm looking forward to new feature to expand the softwares capabilities.

Campaigns are great. The auto motion of things makes tasks really simple and it will make sure you don’t forget something just because it’s monotonous.

Cons

Features have to be programmed based on industry. Took me a few days to make it the way I want and to be a better CRM.

Al principio puede ser abrumadora todas las opciones que permite, pero según lo vas usando cada vez le sacas mayor partido y vas descubriendo las enormes posibilidades que ofrece!

Pros

Aunque finalmente no fue la opción que escogimos, si fue uno de los candidatos finales. Tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un CRM y más! A destacar el equipo de soporte, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver todas las dudas que te sirjan.

Cons

Realmente no es un problema como tal, pero es un CRM con muchísimas opciones y inicialmente es muchísimas información a asimilar para comenzar a usarlo, pero a su vez la documentación e instrucciones son muy completas, además del equipo de soporte son ágiles y resolutivos.
