Pros

It is a excellent CRM that can help you and your team keep track of contacts. It is easy to use the interface and a very reliable tool to help manage thousands of leads. You can sign up for the free trial up to 10 people per account to try this software so you will be hooked if you are in to sales and having organized leads. You can use an auto-dialer, route calls, use personalized welcoming messages, ID callers, Awesome sales software

Cons

I wish there was a dashboard that gives you an overview of sales and leads and you can only see leads when you log in. That is all the negatives I could think of it is really good at doing what it is supposed to do and does what it is meant to do.

FreshSales is easy to start with, and even easier to grow with. The available features and functionality make this a top tier CRM for our company. Everything is easily explained, with use cases, using documents, videos, and live support.

Cons

We really haven't noticed any negatives using FreshSales. Great tools for automated responses, creating SLA's, marketing campaigns, etc.

Pros

It was ok, however it didn't work for what I needed.

Cons

After trying this software and buying a 6-month subscription I realized it didn't work for our company. I stopped using it and thought I had requested a cancellation. When I saw it billed me 6 months again I immediately the same day contacted customer service and let them know I had not been using the software and the account should have been canceled and requested a refund. THEY REFUSED!

Im wery happy to use this software in our company. We are in "beta" phase now, trying to use it as much as possible and in future we will buy more accounts for new colleagues.

Pros

\- I can see if my emails are opened or even clicked (I like to track them) - cooperation on business Accounts with our sales / marketing / account departments - easy to use - API to connect with out company g-suite accounts

\- I was bit confused of all features around and took me lot of time to configure it

Pros

FreshSales is a great system that can do a lot of actions and automation. It was very easy to set-up, but I am tech-savvy enough and had a visual of how I wanted it set-up. Once set-up, it makes everything so much easier. Also, there customer service is absolutely amazing!

Cons

\- You need to know how you want it built as a processor system. - It's a customizable system so it would be nice to have some tech knowledge in order to build it - It takes time for it to become great!

Pros

We are using freshsales CRM to send emails to clients and making connection with influencers. The best thing about this tool is its so easy to start using this. I like their notification feature that give me heads up whenever someone opens the email. Also we can build funnels in this tool which is a great thing

Sometimes when we open this tool on my android device it takes a lot of time to open

Pros

All the features like all email communication in one place, easy of use and the UI. I get a good user experience, since things just makes sense. When you dive into it, it can do even more than it looks like. So everytime i thought i could not do a specific thing, i talked to Support, and they showed me the solution :)

Cons

Maybe sometimes support takes a bit too long to answer, like a few hours, but i guess this still not a long time.

Overall experience was phenomenal. It captures the entire sales flow from capturing leads to nurturing them and closing deals with a seamless easy to understand interface. Keeps various sections of the sales organization in the same page and informed during the entire flow

I have worked with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pega etc. I found freshsales UI and flow the most seamless and intuitive

Nil. Nothing as of now. Hope to see more 3rd party integrations and customizations in the future

Pros

Fresh Sales has become fundamental and integral for my work system every single day since I am a sales guy through and through and creating, tracking and conversion of a lead all incorporated into a single CRM never got any simpler.

Cons

The calling options leave a little to be desired since I was sincerely hoping for a "HOLD" option on a live call.

Overall, FreshSales offers a great solution for a small to medium business who is looking to centralize their information portal and capabilities to process leads and follow up. FreshWorks continues to push updates and reply to service request quickly and implement changes quickly.

Pros

Currently, we use FreshDesk for client support & in my position, we use FreshSales! Both integrate into each other seamlessly and allow each department to be able to communicate with each other on connected clients without having to go into a 3rd piece of software - email, IM or even picking up the phone.

Cons

In order to be able to connect each service, you need to enable the API and connect via that method. There is a limited amount of API calls which this counts towards your total monthly allowance. While we aren't coming close, a larger company could run into that problem.

The overall Freshworks solution has massive potential. A really exciting space to watch I hope.

Pros

I have used CRM's for almost 15 years, Salesforce, Netsuite etc. Freshsales deliver a awesome product with very few weak areas. The overal value of the product is exceptional and the sales pipline with task and call management is exceptionally simple and yet increases conversion rates with this simplicity.

Cons

Everything could always be cheaper, but in reality it is a fair price.

If you need any help, their tech support is very patient and knowledgeable. And there seem to be ongoing enhancements to the product, so the functionality gets better and more robust.

Pros

It's very easy to get started emailing and setting up campaigns. The email editor is very intuitive, which makes clean text-based email messages easy to create.

Cons

Some of the navigation between contacts and tasks seem unnecessary, so you're doing more clicking than ideal.

I would love it if the awesome training staff would make some video tutorials that users could watch to help learn about all the cool tools available in FreshSales. That way, more people could know all the cool things you can do with it!

Pros

I absolutely love that it rates prospects and leads with a score generated by their frequent communication, pulls in their LinkedIn profile information, and the ease of the pipeline.

Cons

Very minor, but when adding a new deal, it would be great to have the ability to add both the contact and company info.

The one thing I didn't like about Freshworks CRM was that compared to other CRM companies is that you get more with other companies for the same price.

Pros

How easy it was to use Freshworks CRM is the main reason I used them in the past. Very easy to write emails and sending them out.

Cons

The one thing I do not like about Freshworks CRM is that for the $29 plan you only get 1000 contacts, other CRM providers offer more contacts for the same price.
