With so many options available, it's easier to target specific groups of customers. A time saver!

Pros

This software can identify if an account or lead has duplicates so it's easier to manage hundreds of customers.

Cons

When I tried to specify my own "reply-to" address, I had to contact technical support in order to get it working properly. It's a good thing tech support was quick to respond.

Pros

You can integrate all kind of information, email, address, phone number of your current/prospects customers. Foolowing up opportunities is really easy and making calls from the web dialer to the whole world is just amazing.

Cons

Although it's very easy to make phone calls from the web platform, there are some conection problems with one or two countries

Pros

It's a simple, easy-to-use application that features most of the common features of Salesforce, but without the over burdensome integrations to get it to work. Mass emails are easy to setup and don't come from a ".freshsales" email, so the deliverability is higher. You can call directly from the CRM without any plug-ins, etc.

Cons

Can't merge Leads and Contacts, but otherwise good.

Pros

I like that I am able to practically import all of my graphics an text into the software, it is completely customizable which provides the best customer experience.

Cons

My only complaint is that this software does not have the capability of cross analytics and profiling which can be a bit of an issue as tracking is incredibly important.

Pros

As a brand new very small business I really wanted a sales crm that would work for me now and also as I grow and so far its great. I was used to Salesforce enterprise functionality but the costs of SF were ridiculous and then I stumbled on Freshsales and even its free version has great functionality. Outlook sync works easily, pipeline is great. My top opportunities are very visible and alerts for call back on my phone and laptop have already won me deals . So all in all, great job Freshsales

Cons

Im business to consumer , so I would like to see a b2c version .

Overall if the cons are fixed, its one of the best platform which requires almost no implementation from a technical person. A Non Tech person can setup the entire CRM for all the functions in the sales team.

Pros

Well thought out, with leads managed differently to pipeline deals. The mobile app is excellent. Workflows enable automation depending on how you work which has improved the quality of our data.

Cons

So far the data migration from Hubspot and Pipedrive hasn't been that smooth. It's taking double the time.

Pros

Web based, integrated calling and ease of use. Integrated calling functionality. Sales pipeline management.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. The only drawback is that there is only a web based version. We are not using the email tracking at this time.

To me it is a great task master when setting tasks and reminding me of them as well as the sync with outlook.

Pros

It is very intuitive and easy to use. I have found that even when I open a new function that I have not used before, that within a very short time I can figure it out.

Cons

I don't think there is really anything that is wrong. I have not explored some of the reporting features as much I could.

Brilliantly easy to use, full of features yet not bloated, seamless integrations with the Freshworks suite. Incredible pricing, and probably the best CRM for small to medium teams.

Cons

Nothing really, other than the fact that we would have loved to see a Marketing automation product in the suite :)

Overall, my experience was good. It just wasn't a good fit for where we're currently at with our company. If we were larger or had a direct sales force, this would be a better fit for us. But until then, we'll proceed with using an in-depth Asana template for our CRM'ing needs.

Pros

It's open API allowed us to develop some really cool things. Such as event tracking from our website that is attached to a users FreshSales profile.

Cons

It feels bulky and very bogged down. I understand there are a lot of complexities and features, but I do feel like it can be simplified and cleaned up a lot more.

A strong and solid CRM, well worth investing in it.

Pros

It has every step of a sales process in a right way Leads, contacts and comanies have their own window, and when it comes to the actual sales funnel they have a streamlined view that allows you to see clearly which opportunities are in each one of the steps. This is a huge plus

Cons

The price is a not too expensive, but I like software to be cheaper. Specially since I always am thinking about the little businesses that are starting up.

Pros

Super easy to use. As a realtor in the business for several years I've tried BoomTown, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss and some others. I stumbled across FreshSales by pure happenstance and fell in love with it. Super intuitive, it integrates to other software easily and the app is flawless. I could go on and on. The pricepoint is also stupid cheap. A customer service rep even reached out to do a personal walkthrough with me.

Cons

What did I like least? The only thing that comes to mind is that I can't go to FreshSales.com to log in, it's a weird URL like FreshSales.io. It's easy enough to bookmark but at first it was kind of annoying.

Overall a very useful CRM with many optional program integrations, but the price was a little more than I wanted to pay and the ease of use left something to be desired for me.

Pros

FreshSales is a fairly straightforward CRM program that offers many features from the more expensive CRM's. I was easily able to upload my contacts and add notes.

Cons

I did not find it quite as simple as I had hoped to organize their CRM in a way that worked for me. I'm sure their customer service would have helped, but I like to get into a program and pick it up quickly so I can move on, especially a CRM. I also found myself being contacted by their sales team quite often but it did stop after my free trial so I respect that.
