It is an amazing CRM, with a lot of great features, we are convinced we will get great results from it.

Pros

Once you are set up, it is really easy to use and the information is all in one place.

Cons

It is kind of hard to get around at firts. Once I had the demo with our rep, everything was a lot easier.

We are very happy and impressed with how powerful this system is for such a low price tag. We evaluated most powerful systems like Salesforce, Hubspot etc but the all-in one sales automation and CRM system from Freshsales does more than what we need for a fraction of the cost. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros

Its very easy to navigate and saves us hours each week due to how quickly you can update or bulk update records. It has incredible sales automation tools included that other products charge hundreds of dollars for.

Cons

The sales campaigns and email tracking works great, we would request an easier grid view to see total open counts by contact or lead. This info is available in reporting but a quick view would be best.

Cons

Ran into a small problem with no functionality to create customer deals, but overcame by writing Json into comments. Easy work around in the end.

Pros

I wouldn't say this product has the most features, but it offers everything your sales team needs to get to work for a more than competitive price. The email tracking, for instance, is really handy if you have team members sharing multiple accounts. I've seen other products offer similar features for much higher monthly rates, so you're really getting a deal. I also like the user-friendly interface, which really helps when you're trying to get your sales team onboard with using a new tool.

Cons

It would be great if the software was a bit more customizable but if you have a traditional sales team with traditional sales needs then you should have no issues adapting to this product.

Overall very happy. helps keep me organized and from sales opportunities slipping through the crack.

Pros

I like being able to separate leads from hot prospects and sold customers, lots of segmenting and filtering for bulk email etc. The app is easy to use too and can do almost everything from the app.

Cons

I really with I could click to text from the app and open my email from the app to change the from address. I also feel kinda ripped on the referral program. I got someone to pay for a year and they only pay me for a month at a time. I was told because they could cancel but the subscription is nonrefundable. Ive reached out a bunch of times more but no reply :(

The ease of use is what makes freshsales a convenient platform. Everything you want to do with the lead is right in front of you. The best part is that you can check the whole journey from cold contact to closure.

Cons

Requires a lot of data to operate sometimes.

Cons

According to me its prices are a bit on higher side if compared with other applications available online. They can lower their prices to attract more business.

If I have a question on anything I get help very quickly. The program has the features and functions I need to build my client base. I feel like I have just begun to take advantage of the program

Pros

Easy to install and add contacts. Creating email templates is a snap. Managing myself, and staying on top of my client's activity, or lack thereof. Low Cost

Cons

Tough question! I haven't done all the customization I want to do, but it's not the App's fault. I want to outsource some of the more mundane data entry tasks. It would be great if there was an online community of individuals that are excellent at using FreshSales, and can quickly optimize all the built in features and functions

Fantastic customer support when I was first getting going, and even now when I have questions. While i've been a user, Freshsales was making continual updates and improvements that I feel have raised the quality and functionality of the software. I've recommended Freshsales to a couple other people recently.

Pros

The software has improved significantly throughout the time I've used it. What I like most at this point is reliability. It's an online software and the Freshsales team keeps it up and running all the time; I've never had a problem accessing it on the go. The mobile app also contributes to quick access while on the road.

Cons

I think it would be easier to schedule email marketing campaigns if there was a calendar interface for that task.

Very easy to create leads, deals, contacts and companies from scratch, compared with other crm tools I had used. Very good mobile app.

Cons

Not able to create meetings on google hangouts or zoom with team members from de deal page.

Cusomter service seems quick to try to solve issues. I have yet to get real help on syncing my work email to the CRM. It is more complicated than simply entering the username and password in my case.

Overall, the switch to FreshSales has been hugely beneficial for our team. We've become more productive, organized, and are able to report on our sucesses and metrics much more easily to the rest of the company.

Pros

FreshSales is super easy to set-up and doesn't require that you employ a full-time CRM / Rev Ops employee to make updates and configure the platform. The ease of use and accessibility for all members of our team is what sold us. The team also helped us fixed some bugs with the Segment integration, which was crucial for us so all of our data flows automatically.

Cons

The reporting features can be overwhelming / get messy very quickly, so some UI improvements here would be helpful. I also wish the email inboxes / integration with Gmail was more configurable. I want it to mirror my folders in gmail so I can use FS entirely without switching back and forth.

Not many integrations from third party apps like Salesforce, but I think it is a matter of time it catches up

Pros

I looked around at a lot of CRMs before deciding on FreshSales. Their different levels of packaging are great and reasonable for customer size. I found the product relatively intuitive to figure out and simple enough for the small start up company I work for...aka I did not need all the bells and whistles that others boast.

Cons

Their customer service is lacking. when they do respond they are very helpful. But many times I was looking for immediate assistance and couldn't get any. Along those same lines their support section is scattered and could use videos for easier understanding.

There is no feature to find duplicate lead entries, apart from this major drawback, it also stops you from editing/removing default fields.

So far, it's been amazing. As a new business owner, I have received a lot of leads which are at different stages. I needed a solution that was easy-to-use, cost efficient, and scalable. Freshsales is all of those things and more. Not only am I able to track my leads, I can track all communication automagically and follow their progress in my sales pipeline. I cannot express how invaluable that is to small business. It makes my workflow so much smoother.

Pros

The user interface is the one of the best I've seen. It's beautiful and functional.

Cons

I would have loved to see a built-in system for creating proposals, but with all the integrations Freshsales provides, I was able to find a solution that works well with it.

Horrific. Call centre in India were rude. They were great at confirming there is an issue at their end with the platform and the VOIP service not being provided, but could only forward the call and ticket 9 other workers. My issue was not resolved and they said they never issue refunds regardless.

Pros

Nothing. There is nothing that I liked about this software

Cons

'Cons' - that is an interesting and on point word when I think of Freshsales. It is clunky and full of bugs. It has lost me thousands in revenue and sales opportunities.

Pros

What I like most about the software is that all customer data is in one convenient place. I especially like that it links up to my gmail account as well and that a new lead is generated for us each time someone submits for a free trial of our product.

Cons

What I like least about the software is that a new lead is not generated for us when someone inquires about our products, only when they submit for a free trial. This leads to countless duplicate records.

Pros

In CRM call recording. The work flow and ease of use with the lanes UI is great.

Cons

Had bit of issues with adding new users and making payment. But the customer support resolved it as soon as I got them on the phone.
