Our experience has been excellent. We tried out 5 other software packages with various price points and found FreshSales to be the best value.

Pros

Ease of use and #1 is the customer support, it is incredible.

Cons

We cannot edit TAG lists, but use tags. We are hoping this will be revised in the future.

Cons

Sometimes it loads slowly but I assume that could be a problem on my own end.

Fantastic

Pros

Very clear and easy to use. Intuitive, fantastic in built phone.

Cons

Some required fields are not yet changeable. For example we have some leads which are Companies and not contacts but the required field is last name.

Overall this is the best CRM for our needs, we have tested several recently and this gives enough of the features that we're looking for as part of their lowest-cost plan. It was also the most user friendly and whenever I contacted customer support via Live Chat they were quickly able to help me.

Pros

It is easy to use, intuitively laid out and there's loads of step by step and well written help articles so that I could configure the features we wanted without any trouble.

Cons

Unfortunately, for our setup, 2-way email sync is not possible. But it is well documented and there's several options, so that's not Fresh Sales' fault. But it is the thing we like least!

I like how easy it is to setup and send the emails. The clicks rate, conversions, and open rate can be easily measured using this tool

Pros

We are using this tool to send bulk emails to our customers and get in constant touch with them. It is so easy to use and I like the interface of this tool. Apart from this, I like the notification feature of this tool. We can keep our prospects in different categories such as contacts and leads. The workflow management is easy to use and understand

Cons

This tool is incredible but the only limitation is that we can send only 2000 emails at a time

Pros

It's fairly ease to use and set-up (but setting it up takes a bit of time). The entry price point is very good for growing small businesses, or those just starting out. Its lead system for tracking prospects vs. contacts is really good.

Cons

Unfortunately, with ease of use and affordability, there's often something lacking. That something is feature rich integrations (this is no Hubspot folks!), as well as a very (very) limited "reporting" function. You have to do a lot of the work yourself, and make certain you understand the flow of the system in order to make this one work for you.

Pros

The only thing I actually liked about this program is design. There were too many other things that I didn't like which overshadowed the pros.

Cons

What turned me off right away was when I tried to log in I was asked for my URL. I COULD NOT FIND IT! I moved onto another CRM service and forgot about. Then out of the blue I received a call from a representative at Freshsales that I could barely understand (accent). I didn't appreciate the call. I then cancelled my account with them only to receive an email within 10 minutes of me doing so saying my account had been created again.

We needed a sales opportunity tracking system that was easy to use and feature rich. Freshsales provided what we needed and more.

Pros

Over the years we have used several CRM and sales tracking apps and found that they are either very complex (e.g. Salesforce) and lacking of features (e.g. Pipedrive). Freshsales provides all the features and functionality that a company with regional sales teams (customer relationship owners) needs to manage opportunities. The task function provide reminder emails to keep in touch with customers and prospects.

Cons

There is nothing that we don't like about the software.

I am a proud and very happy customer of CRM, Freshsales. It helps me to have all the client activities on track. It never puts me down or allows to create a communication gap between me and my clients.

Pros

The task option makes the whole CRM sensible since once the Task is set we don't have to remember to give a follow up mail to our clients even if it is after two or three months time.

Cons

I don't find anything least in CRM software since I am a very happy customer.
