Pros

Been using it for about two weeks so far and the layout is very nice. Still need to get used to the interface but it is easier to use than HubSpot.

Cons

With quite an extensive database, I feel like HubSpot loads everything faster than Freshsales.

We were previously using Zoho CRM to track leads, which was good however when compared to freshsales it just seemed like a ledger for names and addresses with reminders to contact. Freshsales, is more than this in the sense that it allows you to track progress with leads.

Pros

It has an attractive interface. It allows you to rank contacts and leads \[and it does it for you!\] It allows you to track activities: Calls, email threads. Through all of this it becomes a lot easier to see who is worth pursuing and who is not. That saves me a lot of time!

Cons

Nothing yet! \[My boss can see when I'm on an 'extended break' \[not really a con\]\]

User friendly, efficient, allows you to set tasks and appointments and reminders of when to follow up. My sales has increased from 25 - 36 per month to 55 in November 2018... So this works well for me.

Pros

I love the fact that I can see how many times my customers have opened my emails as well as if there are any links in the email it will show you how many times the link was opened.

Cons

I can't really say as once I learnt how to use it - it works well for me

Pros

One of initial intentions of using this tool is for lead scoring, all the other tools on the market are very rigid and working with them was not so easy. The flexibility provided by FreshSales is too good and the integrations only make it sweet. It is has a ton of features like form builder, lead scoring, integration with chat etc. Overall a great tool.

Cons

It would have been really great if this tool could also track the user behavior on the website, this is the only feature missing if this can be made available then this will be a perfect tool.

its easy to use and setup, very intuitive solutions for adding new leads and contacts

Cons

As any software outthere, the pricing. I love the ones' where you have unlimited users at a "package" price, or just a basic price with 3-5 users, as this gives any business the option to test and use more evenly. I'd love a more specific price list/product list as some functions is useful in one company, but may not apply in an other

• Can link sign up form to create contact into FreshSales • Send out bulk emails (it becomes personalized so they can’t tell it’s bulk email). • Can track emails (open, replied, opened links, bounced). • Schedule your emails • Edit columns to your liking in leads view • Can bulk upload leads into RESP, Mortgage debt, etc • Deals won and lost feature at the bottom like the others • Schedule emails • Marketing email campaigns can be done directly. Series of actions to multiple users. • Create follow up actions for any tasks (or any action) • Custom reporting not pre-set analytics • Good customer support

Cons

Would like to see the ability to link with Air call, RingCentral and Intercom. Not as clean as Pipedrive.

Best CRM system for SMB!

Pros

These CRM has features far more expensive solutions offer in their top packages. We especially like everything regarding email - tracking, ability to send emails from CRM etc

Cons

Customer support could be better. I hope that it is due to the growth, but sometimes it is slow and inefficient, although we haven't experienced anything too serious..

Great. I just didn't get to use it for the period of time I paid for. Maybe a handful of times and that was it.

Pros

I like that fact that they have many integrations with other needed tools that can help a business grow and stay organized.

Cons

For a smaller business, it is a bit daunting because when you want to use all of these tools the add-ons become very costly to a start-up or small business.

The ease of use is the biggest pro for me. I have used a lot of other Sales tools but Freshsales is the most user friendly and easy to track your pipeline. The dashboard view where you can view your pipeline and stages of the deals is the best.

Cons

I would like to see a few more report export options but perhaps I have not yet explored the possibilities yet.
