Pros

This software is so easy to use, very functional and integrates very well with Outlook! I have used plenty of others but hands down Freshsales has been the absolute best I have used.

Cons

When search for a lead or contact, if some of the pre-determined search words could be deleted or arranged as per what is used, that might be cool. Even that is not a con!

We are pleased with the results that the freshsales platform has given, since it works a lot for those of us who need an excellent job and save time

Pros

We think it has a very good performance and speed flow, also that its compatibility with different operating systems works great, and that when used for high-end equipment is very efficient

Cons

However, it also has a number of very significant failures, such as the fact that it is not very easy to use or practice for any client, it is difficult to take it as usual, and its agenda is a bit rough

Pros

I like its lead generation method, it gives complete inside of my sales lead. once the lead is converted into customer the option of new opportunity continues. This method allows our sales team to generate more opportunities from a customer. Good and easy to navigate user-interface, mobile app gives our team power to be always on move and in action.

Cons

So far I did not find any negative points, this is my first experience with a sales management software and freshsales does all which are required to make sales management an efficient task.

I really like the overall ease of use and I love how many features come with the product,.

Pros

I love how robust the product is and the fact that it comes with its many features like the on board phone, the predictive lead scoring and the relational database architecture.

Cons

I don't like the fact that there is no predictive dialer, and there is no email templates. Thank you

Pros

Its does all i need from campaigns to integrations into email and communications including the phone app is very user friendly

Cons

phone app could have a little more functionality and the record keeping of every email in the team folder is not always good as personal email gets caught up in business conversation strings

We use freshsales as part of a full product integration where we convert tickets in freshdesk to leads in freshsales and support out customers directly via freshchat. Freshsales is sort of the backbone of our solutions, that ties everything together and provides a consistent business overview from customer support to our sales team.

Cons

\- can be a bit difficult switching between accounts and software in the Freshworks suite.

The integration with Freshdesk which we use for support ticketing is an absolute no-brainer and I can see that over the next few years this will become a major player in the CRM space.

Pros

We trialled pretty much all the major CRMs and this was by far the easiest for all the team to use. The ability to customise fields and having everything presented in a clear and concise manner meant it was a clear winner for us. The price per user is significantly better than many of the other CRMs on the market that quickly upsell you on items and services you dont need.

Cons

The mobile app version needs some work but having spoken to their support they have loads of upgrades in the pipeline so we're looking forward to those.

I get too many notifications in the app, I wish I could easily define associated parameters. First experience with support was a little difficult but then got a lot better.

For the price, and with the capabilities of the software, it would be hard to imagine a better option for a small to medium sized business. My experience has been excellent.

Pros

Ease of use, and the modern look. The software is very intuitive.

Cons

Sometimes I could not get my imports to link correctly but customer service was able to help me in a timely fashion.

I literally spend many calls, chats and WEEKS with their support on multiple bugs, before they finally admitted it was a bug. I tried to get support to create a ticket several times but they just refused, and then I asked to talk to their manager, which was also refused. I literally never had such a bad support expierence over 100's of SaaS products I used.

Pros

Feature rich (if only the features would work)

Cons

Many essentials features just don't work, i.e. their auto import of sent emails (over imap), or workflows don't always trigger when they should.

Pros

Highly Customizable, a lot of features for the price point, nice deals pipeline, overall a pretty clean user interface. Integrates with several other SAAS products.

Cons

Lead Import is a bit of a pain. Many CRM's let you map fields on the fly. with freshsales you have to setup the custom fields prior to importing :-( so it can be tedious if you want to create several new fields from an import. I hate, hate, hate the fact they have a last name mandatory field to import a lead. Many times I just have a company name as a lead and don't' have a contact first & last name yet so in less you create some dummy data (which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to try and maintain up to date data) your company leads aren't getting imported. I was ready to sign up & pay the monthly fee but this was a deal-killer for me.
