It has become my daily routine to start with Freshsales. I love the functionalities and convenience of how easily it helps me customise the reports that I need to generate for my team activity. I also love how Freshsales has transformed the easy I run my team meetings. It's brought the team traceability and transparency.

I searched high and low for something that would fit my teams needs. I tried free trial after free trial and I can tell you Freshsales offers the best value for your money.

Pros

The price is VERY reasonable for the quality that they deliver. It has all the options I was looking for. Pipelines, email marketing, tracking emails, and a great mobile app. All for under budget. I had explored other options (Copper) and this has all that I need for 1/3 of the price.

Cons

Chat support is a nice feature but sometimes can be a bit slow. They do however have a great FAQ and video library which have answered most of my questions. Just like all software, there's a bit of a learning curve.

Overall, my experience has been very good so far, and I don't think I even know all of its capabilities yet.

Pros

I like that it gives great value for the features you get. I was using Hubspot before this and I would have been having to pay hundreds of dollars a month to get what they give me for one fo their lower tier subscriptions.

Cons

They could use more organic integration other software such as landing page platforms, However, a lot of it is doable through zapier.

Our sales reporting and efficiency has sky rocketed.

Pros

Flexibility + Automation = amazing product. It is highly customizable and great for collaboration. Lots of API functionality.

Cons

The user interface requires a lot of clicks for some actions but is only a product of how customizable the product is.

It’s good, I’ve been using for just 2 months now, overall good but would be better with improvements.

Pros

It’s brings tracking sales easier, brings email, notes , reminders all into one place.

Cons

It doesn’t show all of the leads or contacts saved every time you log in, some leads will not be visible , and it’s shows differently when you’re viewing from the app, at the same time. There should be a way to hide unqualified contacts/ leads so that they don’t interfere with the active leads at the same time not needing to delete them. It would be great if there’s a reminder for tasks going overdue and same goes for the contacts that needs to be followed up.

Freshsales is a textbook of a CRM-Saas. We are able to manage a lot of leads and do the sales Job properly.

Pros

Customizing possibilities are very comprehensive and easy to do.

Cons

The list and thus the overview of records ought to be more than the number of 25 and show more details. Beyond leads and contacts (opportunities) there ought to be another modul (section) for records (people, contacts) which are not leads (any more) e.g. for guys receiving the Newsletter.

Pros

Ease of use and its ability to be customized. We utilize this tool for all our sales info from the beginning of the sale to the boarding process. It is valuable for the data it can capture as well.

Not really any cons because of its customization

It has changed my workflow and I am converting my entire team to the freshworks group of apps.

Pros

I love that the leads section allow me to quickly capture details and work them and then as it progresses I am able to convert it to a contact and create the account that goes with it. I had in the past data mined for all that info but now it seems so much more natural.

Cons

So far, no complaints. I think the task section could be more prominently displayed.

Out of the box it's user friendly. Any issues are addressed in the support area. Response time from the company is quick and efficient.

Pros

Extremely user friendly, excellent online tutorials and very intuitive. The learning curve is short, the productivity boost is measurable.

Cons

There is nothing not to like. Freshworks built this software for their own use so the solutions to any issues or challenges they encountered were built into the software.

The email marketing statistics weren't accurate so I had raised a ticket. The support team has taken more than 2 months and still counting to resolve the issue. Worst still, I have to follow up on the ticket since the support never proactively tells you the status of your ticket. Never opt for Freshsales! what a rip off and time waste

Lack of email templates for email marketing and unresponsive support team on escalated issues.

My experience so far is that I think that Freshsales could be the answer to maximising the efficiency of my workflow. Very positive

Pros

I’m in the relatively early stages of a valuations Freshsales to see if it is fit for purpose for intermediary focused contact and deal management. I have found the set-up to be intuitive, stable and easy to modify.

Cons

No particular gripes yet. The iOS maybe needs some more of the functionality of the web version.

Easy for us to implement and good daily expirience. The whole sales team likes me more now (and that is no joke).

Pros

Seamless integration with our googlemail and calendar, seamless integration with our ticket solution. Phone integration is the best I expirienced in my 20 year career (but most of the other also where pretty bad). Integration on the events from the website

Cons

A list view of over 25 leads could easily been done via reports - still I would love to also have this option in the regular view - this is mainly an issue for an manager who tries to look into all the leads. Like mentioned it still works but could be easier.

Pros

Finally a CRM that sales people can love. Freshsales makes it easier for me to keep on top of my details and it is such a pleasure to use that our CRM data is much more accurate. Sales forecasting works better now too.

Cons

There are no cons to using Freshsales. The product is very mature and can easily handle the scale required of extremely large sales teams, while still being easy to set up for small teams.

I love how easily accessible all my data is to me and my team. Many softwares get too complicated, but Freshsales has found the right balance between a feature-rich and stupid-simple.

Cons

Freshsales is great and reasonably priced solution for small companies, especially if it is combined with Freshdesk.

Pros

Freshsales UI is carefully designed to simplify daily tasks for any sales person. I like the overview of Deals organized in columns by Deal phases. Freshsales is easy to customize. We use Freshsales powerful API to integrate it with our proprietary web services. I like its integration with Freshdesk support portal enabling easy collaboration on sales and support inquiries.

Cons

The UI is sometimes slow, especially in other browsers than Chrome, however, performance in Chrome is still acceptable.

if you are starting out and need a budget solution with the potential functionality for scaling, this is a great solution! We are using it in both B2B and B2C and it is working really well. Can't recommend it enough - think the FS team done a great job at hitting the sweet spot in terms of functionality and price!

user experience can be improved on certain things, but not a deal breaker

For so long I have been searching for a platform for email campaign, CRM, contact management, email handling and phone services as well. I came across Freshsales and was able to find everything I needed in one. I could not be happier!

Cons

It is a bit old fashioned and not as easy to get around and understand data that I expected.

Let's say Freshsales and Freshdesk are actually the best things happened to us since we started our company.

Pros

Freshsales is sophisticated but easy to use system. We managed to register and setup all options within 2 days with immediate help of customer support in case of any questions. The overview of all orders and customers it's a huge asset for our company. There is also a integration with Freshdesk tickets what gives us a complex overview of communication made regarding all orders. Definitely worth recommending.

Cons

Lack of possibility to choose which information are visible on deal tiles.

Freshsaleshas helped me be organized. I'm sold!!!

Pros

I like the way freshsales scores my leads and it was very exciting converting my leads to contacts. Interestingly, my leads with the highest scores converted to contacts. I knew based on freshsales scores for my leads where to close business...I knew that I earned the right to ask for the business. It's great to have every customer touch in ONE system...(ie., phone calls, emails, notes appointments etc.)

Cons

When I first started inputting information, I would forget to hit the check mark and would lose all of the information.

you can get the big picture of all the sales without a lot of work. I like the autoasing leads tool because improved the performance. And keep a data of our clients and sales is a very nice tool too.

Cons

The fact is that this app works great and give you a lot of info, but this info is worthless if you can not get also the analytics, and this app do not give you this options

Use it with no regrets, very good product. The best CRM I have use in that price range.

Pros

Lovely interface, very easy to use and setup, good support, great features, control the workflow from Lead, opportunity, to a billed costumer. not as powerful as Sales Force but many of the key features you can find here for less. customization, integrations, etc.
