Very easy and simple to use. Great value, it is cheaper than most CRM you find on the market right now, and they have all the functions you need.

Cons

Support is slow. And their sales CRM doesn't integrate with their marketing CRM Both are from the same company should be able to integrate with eachother.

Overall this been a amazing experience as we are eventually growing our business, in the initial stage we were not on Freshsales but when our higher ups introduced as with Freshsales, we saw an amazing hike in our business. You guys are doing great job, Keep it up!

Pros

There is a deal stage, which keep you updated with all the deals you are dealing with people around your business. This mainly helped me out to keep proper track over my leads.

Cons

There are lots and lots of things to do while lead is on new stage, So you guys can change some of the tabs.

Helped improve our CRM as we were moving from a spreadsheet system.

Pros

The customer support has been great. Arjun and Sathya walked me through the setup and quickly responded to any queries I had. You can add customized fields based on your sales funnel. The auto enrich function works well to pull in additional data.

Cons

There is no funnel view for leads. You can't track if someone opened an attachment. There are quite a lot of standard fields which are not relevant to my business but which I can't remove.

We've been using Freshsales for the past few months and it's by far the easiest CRM we've worked with. A lot of other software is bulky and takes way to long to setup. We were up and running the first day with Freshsales. It's so Intuitive that our sales staff doesn't even need to be trained on it.

Love the AI based lead tracking system this program features. Get smarter with email based on the outputs it collects from your email accounts.

More interaction across other platforms in regards to other applications. SOme CRMs have the ability to integrate into browsers and email clients

I only used help from your online support and I have to say, that your online support is amazing, responsive and very helpful.

Pros

Convenience and ability to modify in accordance with our company requirements. Your online support is top notch! It's great that your system not only helps to keep our clients organized but also keeps follow-ups, emails, and tasks under control.

Cons

Although, modifying the modules and creating your own appearance is very functional, I think it could be a bit more user friendly.

Overall, I can’t wait to implement some of the automation, but I am very happy so far with what I have seen and done with this software.

Pros

I love the sales pipeline. It makes it so easy to see where you are in the sales process with each each deal and whether or not you have anything you need to do at that point.

Cons

Like I said, I’m just scratching the surface. I have much more to figure out with automation and that sort of thing. I will say it’s not as user friendly with that as the pipeline.

\- There are multiple sub-buttons which are important but hard to find. this can be made better.

Pros

Super easy to use, great API options. It really has helped my team, get more organized. Having your email integrated is huge.

Cons

Email templates are a little buggy when designing. However, once you get used to the bugs that consistently happen, it just becomes normal to deal with. After the templates are created they work fine, however, if you have a lot of sales templates like my team, it gets very frustrating in the beginning.

Pros

As a commercial real estate professional I tried several different CRM/pipeline management software programs, like Apto and others, which are specific to commercial real estate and Freshsales is customizable enough to work great for my purposes.

Cons

There are a lot of limits to how many automations you can setup and the pipeline manager isn't always intuitative.

Cons

Not everything customizable. Lead Module has many system fields that we will never use. Why not let us remove them or make them invisible.
