Abolsutely brilliant, very cost effective and gives you all the tools you need to run a small business and am sure even medium and large business would thrive useing Fresh sales. Delighted with back up support also whenever we have any questions.

Pros

Very Easy to use, simple and effective. Everything is self explanatory which makes a change from other CRM's.

Cons

Currently i can honestly say there is nothing i have found about the software i dont like.

Our experience has been great. We are only a month in to using the software, so we are still leaning, but so far we are very pleased.

Pros

I found the ease of assigning tasks, adding notes, creating appointments, and teaching leads all the way through the sales process very simple. Once we had our demo we were off to the races!

Cons

I’d really like to see a calendar view of tasks which could be more eaisily manipulated.

Pros

In comparison to past plans, freshsales is a great price for the amount of features it offers. It also offers a 21 day free trial WITH NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED. This may be the one and only company who does that which makes me feel at ease and not like I am getting scammed into a contract of some sort.

Cons

Although Freshsales is great, it is definitely meant for small-mid sized businesses. It is simple, and offers just what you need. Unfortunately, for what we do at Thought Industries, we needed something more complex and robust.

Pros

What I like the most about this software is that when you don't know about it , you're not familiar its kinda difficult, but when you get use to it its a perfect tool to keep things in order.

Cons

Maybe its just me but maybe the fact that the beginning stages are a bit puzzling. But its also a challenge.

Pros

It's simple in a good way which makes it quick to learn how to use, it allows for customization in terms of how you view and members of your team view leads.

Cons

Setting up the emailing so emails that leads received aren't filtered out due to it showing that it's from freshsales.

We were very excited and proud to have purchased Freshsales, and willing to work through the issues, for an eventuality where we would use this for our sales personnel overall, the experience was abysmal. We have lost all our work, data, and we wouldn't repeat the Freshsales portal unless there is a drastic change in the product.

Pros

The customer support panel during the free trial is insane. It's like a live chat that responds usually within 15-30 mins. The tricky part is when you move to a paid plan, that vanishes completely.

Cons

This software has a number of issues. It is definitely not user friendly. A number of issues plagued our entire experience, making it impossible for us to get anything done out of it, ranging from 1. City Options in the lead generation form would show up as Option 1, Option 2, instead of the City names, and this was setup by their engineers. 2. Multiple product fields, confusing customers, and us as well, and this was also setup by their engineers. 3. Account manager would promise to call, but we never had one call from him or there wasn't a single appointment he could keep in 8-10 months. 4. If by chance your account is downgraded, be prepared to lose your own data. 5. If you want to migrate to another service, there is no migration/export options. 6. Solution actually has lesser features than Google Suite, which is offered for free. 7. Email syncs have issues, and randomly connect/disconnect. 8. Integration with Facebook leads do not exist, you still have to buy zapier to integrate, in a way, for anything extra you need, you make another purchase, almost discounting the value that this could have.

Pros

Their dashboard is simple and intuitive. It took my team just a couple of mins to understand how to use it (a major advantage over complicated crms like Salesforce that takes months to understand) I love the automatic email followups feature, it saves so much of my time to follow up with prospects. Also the email metrics give so much insight in how each campaign performed. Another cool thing they have is lead scoring, which basically shows how likely is a prospect ready to become your customer. Very very useful to prioritize on the customers that have a higher lead score.

Cons

It's a quality product from the team at Freshdesk so no real complaints. I'd like some integrations down the line with some popular apps.
