Pros

Very straight forward. The email aspect works great. rating the progress of sales seems fluid and in real time.

Cons

Having issue with just getting back into the site. Other salesman complain the login back in is difficult sometime. I have tried to save a shortcut but it doesn't work. I have to open my email and click on the link.

Amazing product during POV, going live and continued support...Very impressive.

Pros

Ease of use, I am a salesforce.com power user and the ease of use to build a CRM for my startup with Freshsales was incredible

Cons

I ran the POV in Estate, love the product features but could only afford Blossom. Even with Blossom the value of the product is very high

We are planing to use freshsales mainly to support our salesteam... and thereby ensure a better quality in our contact with our customers and leads.

Pros

The appearance, and overall usability. Easy to get used to, even for users that are less technically inclined.

Cons

To be honest, we are still in the phase of implementation... so far everything works just fine.

Pros

Easy to use, get started and ultimately track customers. You have a good degree of flexibility. The free version gets you pretty far but for email integration you need the updated version

Cons

Wish i could move the layout around in the mobile app. There are a number of fields i simply don't need and would like to hide them

Very good and keep it resh"-not overcomplicate things; layaout is great!As well the happy colors when you work 40 hours A week on it; it keeps you focussed!

Pros

The overview is very good; just enough to work with and no overflow of tool you dont need. Besides very good and "fresh"layout!

Cons

to make it work with 3CX is not possibel to read in dutch

The flexibility of the software and the process of the painless integration was simple and done in one day.

Cons

There is nothing I don’t like, but what I would like to see in the sprout plan is the ability to add at least one customer field to accounts. However I can’t conplain.

Super duper lead scoring methodology, Built in phone - helps to avoid manually logging of the calls, Nice dashboard design to collate all relevant info in the screen.

Cons

There is nothing much to dislike in the product. The pricing and the packaging of the features is so done to help Startups and SMEs.

Multiple functions integrated into one software. It has an API

Cons

Important features are blocked from lower level plan subscriptions: example - auto profile enrichment from social media. It took me a bit of time to learn how to use FreshSales.

Pros

The great thing about Freshsale is the ability to record comprehensively the details of your accounts and contacts. Their customer service is superior and very friendly and will get back to any queries rather fast.

Cons

The fields, however, are too complicated, too many unnecessary fields and trying to customise certain looks can get tedious and they make it rather easy to accidentally delete customised looks making it a hassle if you made a mistake.

Pros

Its very east to set up. We were able to make the system tailored to a Solar CRM within a day.

Cons

Not really a dislike more of a request, It would be awesome if we can get calls recorded and be able to download to send to our clients.

Pros

\- Advanced reports - Email campaign - Easy to use

Cons

Good product suite and service, until you decide to cancel your account. It's a downward spiral to the abyss and darkness of hell from that point onward. Hercules' twelve labours are a fun walk in the park compared to dealing with their customer service.

It does everything you could ask for. It as a lot of capacity that I don't even use, I don't have a large enough team. Great piece of software.

Cons

I wish it had the ability to work offline. I work in Utah, and sometimes, we don't have internet connections in remote areas.

Pros

It helps organise my leads, deals and projects. It has helped me get my company leads and day to day tasks up to date.

Cons

The notes don't transfer when changing a lead to a deal. Cannot archive leads which would be a useful feature - you can only delete unqualified leads.

Pros

....and you can check the recordings in the contact/lead A CRM with everything you need and so intuitive. Just perfect

Cons

Would be cool to be able to add multiple eMails, not only Alias
