Pros

It is fairly simple to use and could be implemented by older and younger sales people alike. Seemed to meet our requirements as a small company well

Cons

Formatting and visually, it was less appealing than other software I have interacted with like Cosential.

Pros

I really like that it includes everything to record and keep track of regarding sales and call attempts.

Cons

The site doesn't come with ani instructions. It is easy to manuever around the site, though.

Its makes boring CRM more fun. Good visuals and easy to understand the process.

Cons

Not being able to move between leads efficiently. Not being able to integrate gmail quickly once but rather icon shows consistenly

FreshSales is a powerful help for my weekly sales activities. Easy to use, fairly priced. I strongly recommend it.

Pros

It is an extremely user-friendly software. it takes a few days of use to master and helps effectively manage customer information.

Cons

Spell-check doesn't always work when writing emails, so I suggest you to pair FreshSales with a spell-check software like ProWritingAid if you want to avoid bad surprises.

It's very easy to understand and anybody could learn how to use it within few hours.

The time it takes to load. Also the lead score is very misguiding.

Pros

Freshsales is nice because they have a lot of complementary products that work well with each other.

Cons

I honestly stopped using Freshsales after I finished my trial because their email marketing was so aggressive with me. They were always trying to upsell me it seemed. Anyways I stopped using their product because of it, it just had to many features they wanted me to learn to use.

Somehow the leads are not organized at times. The list looks jumbled though filters are applied sometimes.

I love the way all Transactions are logged into the system even the Calls, It has an Complete solution for CRM and lots of Integration options which can be easily link with Freshsales.

Cons

Currently Built-in-phone facility is available for selected countries and some Countries numbers are not available.
