We are satisfied with the results we have so far. Once the company has a higher billing, we will certainly acquire the licensing with more features.

Pros

Freshsales' biggest attractions are ease of use and cloud access. This facilitates the control of the business in progress and its closure, giving us better competitiveness in the market.

Cons

The versions should offer all features, only limit the amount of users or access. For example, you could create different pipelines, but with access numbers limited to the number of users.

Pros

I would like to attract Freshsales' user interface and smooth performance. Its customer service is satisfactory to me. Quality assurance fulfillment is one of the best features that feels me better to work with Freshsales.

Cons

It is little bit costly that seems to me. Otherwise, all are satisfactory.

I am not excited about it, i'm a bit older so all the options and information that has to be entered is a little much. Also, seems to have some problems recognizing contacts from one area to another. I can have a contact in but when i try to add a phone log it says the person already exist but i can't save the log.

Pros

Its easy to add a lot of information that a team of your peers can review.

Cons

Its only as good as those entering the information, so unless you are relentless it may bot be worth the money spent.

Pros

Our company switched to Freshsales for not a long time - just several months ago. So far so good. Our sales team is completely satisfied with it. Did not take long to get used to. Easy to setup and to customize.

Cons

There are not so many integrations right now, but the amount of them is growing almost each day. However, it is supported by Zapier and has API so that custom needs may be easily fulfilled if required.
