The participation in the site amongst owners and residents is just under 100% with the non-users being those who do not have computer or internet access. The communication within our condo has substantially improved and growing all the time. Use by the Board and Property Manager is significant and has eliminated many multi thread emails. The speed and dedication that the eStrata team display to service and to accommodating our needs continues at the highest level and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential user. It was simple to setup and it's easy to use. We love the online document storage. The notifiers are great and it was so easy to upload all our historical documents. We are starting to use the reservation calendar for our elevator (move in/out) and our boardroom. It's taking a bit of time to change everyone to a new system, but the feedback thus far has been very positive. The eStrata team has been great. They get back to us quickly and answer all our questions until we get it :) They are always adding in additional features. Several of our suggestions have already been implemented.
