"Powerful automation if your company embraces the learning curve"

**Overall:** Overall, SPS Commerce is a great solution that excels in automation, integration, and operational efficiency.

**Pros:** Managing orders, invoices, and documents in one place makes workflows much more efficient and reduces manual work significantly. The automation and integrations with other systems are a big advantage, especially when handling high volumes or working with multiple partners.

**Cons:** That said, what I don’t like is that it can be complex and not very intuitive at the beginning. There’s definitely a learning curve, and troubleshooting errors isn’t always straightforward without technical knowledge. The price is probably the biggest downside, specially for small businesses.

"Makes EDIb easy"

**Overall:** We do like using SPS. We've been a customer for many years. We wouldn't be still with them if they were problematic

**Pros:** Platform is really easy to onboard. Our Account Manager is ready to work with. They have been great to work with.

**Cons:** Support quality has decreased over the last couple of years. I don't know if that's a result of our migration to a new ERP or not.
