Some of the templates are easier than others, Grainger is very easy. Cons Pricing, it is very expensive to use, and the charge keeps going up. Love the trainings that are available and the POS analytics I can get. Cons The testing is a big turnoff but I understand they don't always drive this and it is the retailer making those choices. Pros The software was required by some of our customers for EDI transmissions. Setting up the software, as well as gaining an understanding of how it operates was not difficult. We have taken information that has come in via SPS and routed it to other systems as they are easier to use. Pros The ability to track the shipments is something that has been helpful. Cons The inability to get real time analytics from all of our customers displayed without having to open other windows and set this up one by one and etc. It is not efficient. Keeps tract of all the transactions entered. You can refer back to previous transactions. Cons You have to click many times to enter in the data needed for the ASN's. December 2, 2019 5.0 Pros Vendor PO acknowledgement is quick and easy as long as no changes or adjustments are needed. Cons The process of acknowledging a vendor PO can be a bit layered especially when there are item substitutions, quantity changes or other issues all within one vendor PO. Seems the only way to accomplish multiple type changes is to do an acknowledgement for each type/reason within the same PO. If the "check for errors" fails to allow the acknowledgment send, this can take time to reconcile as It tells you what is wrong, but not how to correct it. Review Source HY Hank Y. No one's perfect since everyone's needs vary to some degree but SPS is about as good as it'll ever get. Pros Generally pretty easy to use especially once you get the hang of it. Tech support is very responsive. Cons There are some quirks in terms of what's needed to complete forms etc that varies from partner to partner. Occasionally confusion occurs with system defaulted delivery dates especially when changes occur outside of the portal/software; it's not easy (still haven't succeeded) to make date revisions into the system/portal. These have helped me save time trying to complete my transactions. Cons The only issue I have is when sending a completed document, I dont have a clear response that it has been delivered to the customer. Pros The ease of implementation and the interface is great. It is very powerful and as such it can be a little cumbersome to learn. The Customer support is amazing. Cons Navigating workflow could be a little easier to understand. Reason for choosing SPS Commerce the sales person I had made this make sense in one conversation.
