I have to use a few EDI programs, and this one is the most user-friendly.

Pros

I like the Q & A feature, where I can find where other people have asked the same question and what the answers and outcomes were. Also, the templates in the webforms are such a time saver.

Cons

Switching over from Legacy was a bit of a head-ache, but now that things are all falling into place and some missing features have been added, I can see that this will be one of the easier programs to use.

Once I fully figured out how to utilize and implement its features, I find the turn around time from receiving a purchase order to getting a deposit invoice out, to submitting order changes, to be much quicker and smoother.

Pros

It makes it much easier to track project workflow as our client used to do 100% of this by email, very inefficient. This gives a centralized place with definitive dates and information so it makes everything smoother and much easier to find.

Cons

Getting started up was a bit slow, but I attribute this more to the client not providing a full scope of how we were intended to implement this product.

Pros

United One Source has used SPS Commerce website since I started working here13 years ago. I cannot remember a time that I had a problem, if I did it was handle quickly. The website is very friendly.

Cons

There's not one thing of could think of at this time.

Very happy with them. If I ever need to call, they are so nice and helpful.

Pros

Keeping the format pretty much the same for all my customers so I can easily send ASN's.

Cons

I would like to be able to highlight each field in yellow to make things go quicker when doing an ASN.

It makes getting orders from customers work smoothly.

Pros

I like how the software lets you smoothly go from one step to the next. It is quick and easy to understand. I like that it shows what you are missing if you for get something and the ease to edit when you know you have forgotten something.

Cons

I don't like the fact that I have two different logins. One for one customer and another for three other customers. I wish they were all on one login. I also don't like getting two separate invoices.

Software is software....Customer Support is what counts and your Customer Support is quick to respond, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.

Pros

Overview and error features is are useful . I have not fully explored all the options to really see all the benefits of this version .

Cons

No visibility of drafts / saved documents all in on spot for all customers . "Check for errors" in ASN or Invoicing is not in compliance with our customer requirements and often causes false " check complete no errors found " which result in charge backs.

It's very easy to use EDI with SPS Commerce Fulfillment if you have a small amount of documents.

Pros

\- easy to setup - easy to use - quick support

Cons

\- not all fields are calculated (e.q. you enter the terms and the invoice date and have to enter the net day, too)

By far the worst customer service I've ever had. Then to be lied to. If your looking for a e commerce service, SOS IS NOT IT. Look for another company.

Pros

Nothing. Your company makes it very difficult to use the product. Now I terminate your service and I screwed over.

Cons

I've called 7 times to cancel my subscription starting in March 2019. I was told were all set. I got a bill, called again and again and was told everything wad taken care of. Not the case. I recieved a bill from a collections company. Called SPS again.. nothing.

Reason for choosing SPS Commerce

I didn't. I left because of horrible customer service.

Unhelpful customer support and quite happy to charge for no service provided.

Pros

It is used by Chemist Warehouse and therefore we have to use it.

Cons

The Assortment module requires manually filling out a 196 column spreadsheet for all SKUs to be included. Half the columns are not applicable to certain products but cannot be left empty. It is simply not fit for purpose.

It centralizes a number of our customers into one forum for processing orders and invoicing. The financial commitments are high.

Pros

Connectivity to our customers and a good gateway to process orders and invoicing. It is better than dealing with each customer and their own process of ordering and invoicing.

Cons

I think there is lots of room for improvement, but I am not an expert in synchronizing many unique processes into one forum.

Pros

The manual hours it is saving us not having to manually enter information into Retail link.

Cons

Automation of FedEx & UPS labels not having to enter all the information in Fed EX or Worldship.

Good response time from their service team, better sales order process and invoicing than previous programs used.

Pros

I like the advanced search option, there are great filters and it's pretty easy to find documents using that. You can also save your search. there are also alert systems that notify you via email if you have a new document.

Cons

there are some features that require a bit of manual entry if an order is changed out of EDI, for example if a customer calls to change the order but the change was not submitted through SPS.

Since it's our first time to do the transaction, through the use of SPS, its normal as a newbie, to have some query regarding the flow... but everything went fine with the aid of Associate Consultant who has been very supportive, as well as the customer service.

Pros

SPS Fulfillment is so easy to use, easy to understand with the aid of the Workflow... Everything is in order. Support is within the reach, when you have some issues.

Cons

Everything is fine with the software, no issues at all.

Functionality and integration to QuickBooks. One of our co-mfg locations also used SPS

Cons

Customer set up, connectivity and transition process communication and instruction could be clearer. Not always clear who tasks belonged to, SPS or customer. In some cases we were provided customer EDI contact info and details for transitioning but not across the board for our customer list.

Order processing is easy and simplified.

Pros

The process is simple step by step. Use of icons to make the entry simple. Online chat for any questions. On call customer service to address any issues. Thorough follow up. Reference guide access.

Cons

Some purchase orders do not close out, even though all sections completed. Some purchase orders close out and they still have backorders.
