Cons

SPS Commerce interface is not mobile friendly. Orders don't show correctly on mobile devices. I have to log in to my PC to check orders Qty and value

As an end user of SPS Commerce products I would say my overall experience is almost all positive.

Pros

I love how if I have a question, the support staff can see exactly where I am with the parameters of my report. It makes it easy to get to the root of the problem and find a solution.

Cons

Some of the categories caused a problem with our reports in the beginning because some products were labeled wrong, but customer service worked with me to get that error figured out. There are a lot of different ways of looking at things so it can seem overwhelming or confusing, but with the training, that it getting easier.

Customer service reps are always available to trouble shoot any issues. Would recommend to any peers looking for an EDI platform.

Cons

Not all vendors use the system the same way. Can end up creating confusion since each vendor requires different fields populated.

That you can save GS1 128 labels, it is formatted correctly for these labels. Being able to frequently save your work.

Cons

Not as user friendly that we would like it to be. Once the ASNs are sent, there is no clear indication that it has been sent out.

Pros

One of the most user friendly EDI systems with the best support. The online tutorials are simple and useful. The service is always friendly and helpful. Compared to other EDI systems we have used, SPS stands out.

Cons

The language and usability of the system could still be better - translations of EDI specific language, what data is actually required before submission, realtime tips on efficiency, etc.

Easy integration to connect with retailer's EDI systems. Prevents us from having to build a custom EDI framework and also prevents us from having to deal with the nuances/intricacies of figuring out how to connect with each individual customers EDI

Cons

Pretty expensive for how little we actually have to use it. We currently are only connecting with about 4-5 accounts

The software is used by some of our vendors, it works for them and it's easier manual methods.

Pros

I like the lay out / view of orders on the screen and the ease of printing hard copies orders if needed.

Cons

Trying to move to different order, changes and ASNs not as easy to update multiple lines. Moving in between screens and adjustments to POs not user friendly.

Overall, great product and a big upgrade for our organization. Seems to be working well for all facets of the business so far.

Pros

Seamless process for handling all necessary documentation of orders. Keeps the entire organization informed of the fulfillment pipeline with quick communication to customers regarding the orders. Also, great support when running into an issue.

Cons

Multiple steps to complete a single form and confirming multiple line items on a PO is time-consuming.

We are able to do business with our trading partners with just one web portal which is so helpful. We love that we can send ASNs and Invoice all in the same place.

Pros

I like how easing it is to search, how easy it is to progress through the workflow, and how easy it is to read the documents once open.

Cons

I don't like that when POs come from Walmart they show as Sam's Club so I can't filter for Walmart. If there was a way to show Walmart POs specifically I'd prefer it.
