The experience started slow but has significantly improved. I would recommend this software.

Pros

This software has made it much simpler for us to ship to the Navy Exchange. Before, we had to use their outdated portal which was more challenging and time consuming.

Cons

The language between SPS and Navy Exchange was quite confusing at first. Entering info on SPS would be interpreted differently by the Exchange.

Pros

They allow you to merge over to their EDI software pretty easily and offer great customer support - Most large organizations use SPS Commerce for their EDI integration so it's useful to work with them if you plan on selling to the big guys.

Cons

They are quite expensive to work with, especially during the initial set up. Testing fees are quite high up there compared to what i've seen with other EDI platforms.

We are still in the testing phase but so far so good. There have been no issues and the people helping us have been great, very professional and prompt in answering questions or concerns.

Pros

This will eliminate having to enter invoices twice, once in quickbooks and then in SPS. Now I will be able to upload the invoice right from quickbooks to the SPS fullfillment

Cons

I will still having to manually enter an invoice into SPS if there has been an add on.

They just charge you once you sign up and didn't tell you all the hidden fees. Their billing department just repled and push all the mistake to a customer. Horrible company

Pros

Nothing I really like. all the processes are very confuse me.

Cons

No customer service at all. Once you sign up the contract, you are the dead meat on the board. They charge all kind of hidden fee.

Cons

We are a very small company and it is expensive. We paid for the Mid States Assortment for months, never used it and now they dropped it, it was a waste of resources.

Pros

Excellent value. Very user friendly. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They follow up very quickly and go the extra mile to help me.

Cons

There are just a couple of features that are missing. I wish I could do larger pivot friendly exports rather than applying so many parameter filters.

I love that the order operations is clearly lined out and the order does not complete until all steps are finished.

Cons

We us our own labeling services, so this seems to be harder than I think it should be. I am sure once it all clicks, then I will be able to navigate through this step easier

Intuitive dashboard - easy to navigate. Minimal training required.

Cons

Our end customer started working with SPS so we had no choice but to accommodate. Previously we had used EZcom for our EDI order processing. SPS is much more intuitive and easy to navigate.

Pros

Once you get the hang of the interface it's fairly easy to navigate

Cons

Expensive... I found it be a bit expensive as so many of the actual transactions were not that important. We might have upwards of 3-4 transactions per PO.

Not quite as powerful as I expected. Was led to believe that this software could replace the transportation routing process through retailers, but it does not.

Pros

I love using SPS Commerce! It is so easy to use and there is actually a lot of things you can do with the feature that you may not know at first glance. Their customer support team is always super helpful, and answers my questions completed. Its really easy to link up customers with this system and we've never had any issues.

Cons

Nothing! It's great a Great system to use! :)

I like how intuitive it is and I also enjoy how I am able to navigate easily. Ease of use is very important to me when selecting software like this.

Cons

Some of the abilities can sometimes seem restricted but that could also be because of my lack of extensive experience with the software.
