My overall experience has been very good. I have been able to manage my tasks related to logistics in a efficient manner.

Pros

The IMS software is very good for logistics. It allows easy access to tracking different processes of the supply chain. Furthermore, it allows efficient sharing of internal data.

Cons

It is hard to integrate IMS with another business systems. IMS lacks features for other business departments.

Overall my experience has been good, IMS works for most tasks related to my job, and most important of all, it is reliable.

Pros

IMS is a good tool for data management and inventory management. It is also easy to track different processes. However, it is not as slick and straightforward as SAP.

Cons

IMS lacks a simple way to integrate other business tools with the software. In addition, the addition of data into the software is not the most straightforward process compared to other similar services.

My overall experience with the software is not the best experience possible. I have used better ERP software. However, it does the job.

Pros

The software is straightforward and possesses some decent features for different business processes.

Cons

It is not the most accessible software to integrate different processes. Integration of processes is somewhat slow and inefficient. Lacks quality in additional features.

Quick to sign up, nice interface and quite easy to use. Added a bunch of our agents and sent out various emails from the software. Overall impressed with it.

Simple interface, quick to get started

A longer trial would be nice but it's just enough to properly evaluate it
