Customer service is great and they take the time to actually walk you through any issues you might have. Cons So far no complaints or issues that could not resolve. Then with the click of a button I can print my label on my Dymo Labelwriter 4XL and get a super professional label with my company name and address to put on the boxes I ship out. I love how easy it is and I love how many features Shipstation has. Pros Integrated with everyone. Very fast. Very Easily. Very User-friendly! Cons I wish I could easily switch between UPS and FEDEX accounts when shipping out product. Some of my customers want me to ship using their UPS or FEDEX number. I think if you could add a feature to easily input a different number when shipping that would be great. We were using USPS and manually entering the shipping information which was tedious and led to mistakes. ShipStation easily imports our orders from our website, and with their automation rules, we've been able to quickly select the orders and just print the labels. Great product. Pros Super easy to set up, pricing is great, and very easy to use. Their automation rules are very good and easy to setup. We were up and running in 30 minutes. Cons There are still some features that would be great to have. 1. Creating manual orders is a bit clunky. When creating a manual shipping label from the customer's screen, the email address does not get populated. You have to manually type it in there. It has synced with my Squarespace store and has made the whole shipping process very automated and simple. When an order comes in, it just takes a couple clicks and then I have a nice looking pre-paid label to stick on the box. Pros Easy to use, time-saving. It integrates well with my Squarespace site. When there are sales I just go to my page, make a couple of clicks, and I have a nice official label to stick on my package, with the tracking info automatically sent to the buyer. Cons No real cons that I can think of...Perhaps the fact that it is a separate site that needs to be accessed instead of being built into my Squarespace account is a con, but that fault probably lies with Squarespace and what they will allow. I found out Circle.us couple weeks ago on Google and have been using it for a while. It's interface is not very easy to use BUT they offer deep discounted shipping labels. I no longer using my own Fedex and UPS accounts anymore. I save approximately 40% shipping cost by using Circle.us. Pros It saves my time to print labels for my amazon and eBay stores.
