I save hours a month, which is well worth the monthly fee. In addition, ShipStation has lower prices than the post office's online website, so it pays for itself. Cons Sometimes finding an order is confusing and shipping internationally is confusing as well. However, the system is easy to use overall. Review Source HM Holly M. It was super easy to set up and integrate with my sales platforms. Pros The user interface and the nifty shipment tracker page you can customize so it looks on brand. Cons The monthly fee. Integration with our home grown order management system was not challenging and work very well. Our systems really complemented each other. Cons Ship station couldn’t do the customized level of rules example: If FedEx beats Ups on ground rates Ups upgrades them to 3rd or 2nd day depending on the location free of charge. I look forward to working with them more in the future. Pros The programming is really well written. They've thought of an incredible amount of solutions to a myriad of shipping issues. This was most apparent to me when I applied our courier account numbers to the system and it worked almost instantly, or if it didn't the staff at Shipstation knew the exact solution to my problem. Support is fantastic, especially when you're first starting out. Cons The interface and structure are a bit confusing, but you'll get the hang of it pretty fast and the interface customization allows you to configure the information display exactly how you want it. It's easy to use and linked to my shopping store so it sends confirmation emails fast and smoothly to my customers. Only complaint is there isn't an option to pay as you ship; maybe a small fee on each package for those who don't ship much like Shippo offers would be ideal with ShipStation. Something to think about I guess. Pros Good customer service, so seamless and easy to use and monitor Cons Pricing can be fixed better. We are a small nonprofit organization that publishes books. ShipStation connects directly to our ecommerce store with Ecwid, and makes order management simple and fast. We've saved a lot of time and money thanks to ShipStation! The automatic downloads of new orders, along with showing you the best rates between shipping providers has saved us countless hours and dollars. This is definitely a staple in how we conduct business. Cons I honestly don't have any Con's to mention here. Great software and easy integration with other applications. Pros This product is very easy to use. Love the automation in obtaining shipping labels from our different carriers. This product receives orders from our CRM software and helps to simplify the shipping process of our orders. Cons We have the full Enterpirse subscription plan but it maxes out at 10 users. Once you go through the process once or twice, it's quick and easy to use. Cons Best used for sending things to US and Western nations. It also is easy to merge with my Stripe and Moonclerk accounts. As a subscription service, that is a HUGE pro. The prices from Stamps.com are the same or lower than prices I've seen on other sites. Cons Sometimes some of the stores need more of a push to reload, or you have to do it twice to get all the info, but it's not really a big deal. Review Source Freddy L. With Shipstation, not only can I print postage from my Mac, but it makes tracking numbers, pending orders, and shipping history easy to find. Cons Cost is a big, monthly expense for a product that helps you spend additional money. Especially for a small company like ours with low revenue. The service makes all of my shipping needs super fast and easy, and helps me get the best deal. Cons Everything overall is pretty great, but it could be easier to connect to shipping accounts and find out exactly what discounts are available to you through the website. All of my orders from my website (Woocommerce) store, Amazon and eBay and flow into Shipstation and make it incredibly fast to purchase postage and print labels for all of my orders. I'm the only one who uses it but I like that it can track who starts the orders etc, also like that you can customize the emails & labels. It integrates my online store & I love that I can check orders from the app. Cons I wish it was easier to link other shipping options, not sure if this is an issue with ship station or the other companies though. Pros All shipping methods I one place. Pulls in records from several sources. Cons The address book is not easy to edit. There isn't a gui for entering and modifying address. Allows custom shipping independent of website orders in the event you need to ship something not related to e-commerce. Plays nicely with USPS, UPS, and FedEx Cons Could use better integration with DHL, as of now DHL is basically not usable because it won't generate shipping estimates as the other services do.
