Pros

It is a hassle-free tool that lets you manage international shipping. It is ideal for online sellers who don't have time to personally go to the post office.

Cons

There are system errors which were temporary and resolved immediately. I would also like to see more customization features

Pros

Shipstation is convenient and easy to use. I can quickly add postage to my balance and if I have a void postage it refunds pretty quickly. Great for small business owners

Cons

The app doesn’t really have the same features as the desktop which can be inconvenient if I’m on the go

It is fairly intuitive. Each user is assigned an account support person who can help to tailor your portal to your needs. There is also live chat available when you have a quick question.

Pros

Shipstation integrates with my subscription box platform, Cratejoy, taking the confusion out of batch shipping. I ship over 400 boxes per month, and ease is very important.

Cons

I would love the ability to print sample labels to test out the email notifications. But that isn't even a big issue. Overall it is great.

Pros

I run a small business and when I do shipping shipstation adds an extra touch of professionalism to my shipments.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that you have to put definite increments on your account at a time instead of just the amount that you need.

Pros

I love how quick it is to get your labels created. It imports orders from your sites, holds inventory, and easily allows you to create new orders.

Cons

It takes a bit to learn you way around, but after that it’s a breeze to achieve exactly what you need to do.

Pros

The ease of printing out my own shipping label. Also, being able to integrate with multiple carriers and select the best one

Cons

I feel like it doesn't communicate super well with WooCommerce, my web platform. Also, I was hoping it would get me better rates.
