The Starchup team is great and responsive. They are there when we need them by phone or message.
Starchup goes above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues, and quickly I may add. The site is clean, user friendly, and built to really cater to what my company's needs to efficiently operate.

Additionally since the sale of the company customer service has gotten worse. The parent company has not done a good job communicating with legacy clients.
Initially, there was no option for customers to add tips however we worked with Starchup to get this added for all users across their platform.
Sometimes tough for customers to get registered.

The team at Starch Up is really what makes this software stand out from the rest. It's clear from the time you sign up how passionate they are about what they do.
Cons: Really, not much to say here. Honestly, the team at Starch Up resolve any issues when they occur. I have personally reached out to the owner on a Sunday and got a response within minutes.

Overall: Love the platform, from the user app, to the facility app everything is very easy to use and built for our industry.
Pros: After many months of researching and actually trying other apps in the market, I can say StarchUp is the best one. The platform is extremely easy to use, the customer team is always available, and most important the user experience from the customer side is flawless. I would recommend StarchUp to any laundromat or dry cleaning owner that would like to expand their business.
Cons: Nothing, everything works very well you can tell the StarchUp team spend a lot of time creating this platform.

Overall: The system is slow. Additionally since the sale of the company customer service has gotten worse. The parent company has not done a good job communicating with legacy clients. They have continues to make innovative updates to the parent system while the legacy system STARCHUP is sitting without any updates.
Pros: At the time of purchase I liked the customer app.
Cons: The customer service is not good. The online chat for customer service will not yield a response for 24 hours or more. There seemed to be only one person that could handle complex system issues.

Pros: State of the art features that make dry cleaning & laundry delivery a breeze. No longer are we making stops when customers don't have orders, customers love it, easy reporting. They are working regularly on making this the perfect system.
Cons: There are still a few features that need to be tweaked or added before the POS side of things are top-notch. However, their team is responsive and as mentioned in the pros, they are working diligently to provide the best overall POS and Delivery system out there.

Pros: In a labor intensive business, it gives us the ability to scale. More efficient communications with our customers that is beneficial to them and us.
Cons: The app doesn't have all the small managing indicators that a hands on owner with industry experience might include. However, simple is sometimes better and they have been very receptive to and have implemented good feedback/suggestions.
