"Great for Recruiting & Hiring!"

**Overall:** We are dealing with a staffing shortage. We are having a difficult time finding people to apply. BetterTeam helped to bring more people in to interview for our company!

**Pros:** I really liked the full resume that came with each applicant! That made recruiting so much easier for me! I received many applications right away.

**Cons:** I really liked all aspects of BetterTeam.

"Multiple employee hire"

**Overall:** I have been posting on other job posting sites for months with no luck in finding even a single applicant. I Signed up for Betterteam's free trail at the end of the day Friday before going home. I came back into the office on Monday to find 14 applications and by the end of the day that number had hit 20 applicants. Very much worth while.

**Pros:** It was self explanatory. Very easy to use!

**Cons:** Didn't find this software sooner. If we had we would have started long ago.

**Reasons for Choosing Betterteam:** Because i got false advertising through other companies that didn't bring me any applicants.

**Reasons for Switching to Betterteam:** I wasn't getting any applicants
