Pros
We liked the fast and numerous responses. We also liked the top notch customer care and good pricing.
I'd recommend to HR teams, very effective. Also, very good customer service, I had few questions and the support was easy to contact.
Lots of qualified candidates, easy to use, good customer service, good free introduction and then good monthly price.

Not able to edit my post by myself was very frustrating trying to figure that out. But was later helped by staff.
Forgot to cancel after position filled so I continued to get billed. When I received the my credit card I used online cancel.
The only complaint I had during my time using this service was regarding duplicate resumes when we would post a new job.
I had a difficult time shutting off the resume feed - the 'gear' to stop the resume flow was not working.

"Makes recruiting easy"
Overall: Excellent, the customer service team is always ready to help and very open to suggestions. My company gets funding quarterly and betterteam only offered monthly, 6 month and year options. I wrote them with a request to be billed quarterly and had no issues getting a quarterly rate better than the monthly.
Pros: You only have to make one job post and the software post on all the different job boards. It saves so much time only having to post on one platform.
Cons: I use a separate CRM to manage all of my leads so I can assign new applicants to recruiters. Although betterteam allows you to disposition applicants on the software. I really want the option to get a running spreadsheet of new application from all posted jobs. You can only get csv files from on job post at a time.
"The Best and Powerful Job Board Ever"
Pros: Posting the job is multiple and popular job boards in the Philippines. Probably the best Recruitment CRM in the Philippines.
Cons: With being powerful and best Recruitment CRM, it cost way much for someone who's barely surviving a day but still one of the best Recruitment tool I had.

Pros: I was researching online for a new place to post jobs and came across Betterteam and I am so glad I looked into them. Best experience with a job posting site to date.

Overall: Overall, we love BetterTeam.
Pros: I like that Betterteam is user friendly. It's easy to use. They don't cover the contact information so we can reach the candidate directly, vs having to message them through the site as others require. I like most that you don't pay per applicant, but simply per month. The customer service is great. The candidates are higher quality.
Cons: I like least that, in 1 week through Betterteam we get 5-6 candidates whereas on other platforms in one week maybe get 20+. Additionally, some of the candidates (as is true with any job board) have none of the required license, experience, etc. but the application still gets sent for our review.
"Great for Recruiting & Hiring!"
Overall: We are dealing with a staffing shortage. We are having a difficult time finding people to apply. BetterTeam helped to bring more people in to interview for our company!
Pros: I really liked the full resume that came with each applicant! That made recruiting so much easier for me! I received many applications right away.
Cons: I really liked all aspects of BetterTeam.

Pros: Betterteam really does get your job posting out there, I have received massive amount of candidates in a short amount of time, I am cancelling all other subscriptions from all other sites and only use Betterteam. Very pleased.
Cons: The free trial is over that would be my only con. Its a great service for hiring

Pros: Fast in providing bulk candidates even though it's just a free trial. The support is impressive.
Cons: None so far. I have less expectation but eventually you did provide pool of talents within a short period.

Overall: I haven't reached my goal for hiring, but I can not say enough about 2 of your customer service reps that have gone above and beyond trying to help me thru any size obstacle that I have met for the navigation or my ad. PLEASE give a huge and generous applaud to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] ....the BEST service reps that I have worked with in my recruitment position of over 20 years! They have assisted in contacting me back, no matter what I need, they are always willing and able to walk and talk me thru it! If possible I would highly recommend them for a "tops in service award" and if you don't have one, I would use them as a key role model to training any new hire you have. Thank you, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for encouraging ME, when I get discouraged in my recruitment process!!
Pros: the navigation is the most beneficial and the most convenient part of the process
Cons: No improvement is needed as the process is easy
"First Time Using but Not My Last"
Overall: The number of people I was able to reach was astounding. Plus I got people who really wanted to work. I was also able to reach an older audience and not just college students. Being able to see resumes on my own time frame made it easier to pick the people I wanted to interview. Will use this service again the next time I look to hire.
Pros: This was my first time using this service. Customer service was wonderful. They walked me through every step of the way. My job posted was a very small job, only 12 hours a week, and I got close to 300 responses in 4 days. The first 48 hours I could not keep up with the number of resumes I was getting. I did find someone for the job who I believe will be perfect.
Cons: There needs to be a few more filters. Our job was part time but some people seem surprised that it was. Also need more filters as far as location. I had some people responding from all over the country for my part time job. Maybe they were not reading the description, but each click on a resume took my time, much of which was done on my personal time. So I do wish that there could be a feature such as "Willing to interview people who are within a 10 Mile Ratios, 25 Mile Ratios etc.
"IT IS INDEED BETTER"
Pros: Our team uses two different types of applicant tracker and BetterTeam seems to be much organized and is better than its competitors. It has a more organized layout and better management options for job postings and received applications. It is easier to use as well.
Cons: Our team found no disadvantages upon using BetterTeam so far. It has aided us well in our tasks.
"A better way to track applicants; portable and highly organized"
Pros: As a Human Resource Intern, I was tasked to send out job postings for new applicants. I have tried different software for job postings. With Betterteam, it is easier to determine where to post the jobs necessary in our department. Employee management is also easy and organized. Data are easily stored and found.
Cons: I have not yet found any disadvantages while using this product. I am hoping for further advancement of the product.

Overall: We have used Betterteam for the last several years to fill job vacancies. We always secure a large number of resumes from well-qualified candidates.
Pros: Allows users to cast a wide net and efficiently and cost-effectively access many sites. Customer service and attention to detail is exceptional.
Cons: I have yet to discover anything that I have not liked.

Overall: Ease of use didn’t need much help setting it up highly recommend
Pros: Enabled us to hire quickly! We put it up on the Internet and within a few days had four or five inquiries.
Cons: No problems I’m not sure I have anything bad to say but it makes me needs me to speak 40 words so I can easily do that.

"Handy Job Ad Management App"
Pros: Betterteam is an amazing app for job posting and applicant tracking management. It is a great resource because with a few clicks, one job is posted to different major job board platforms and the best part is that it offers free done-for-you job descriptions for various jobs and interview answer questions, making it inexpensive and easy to use even for none recruiters or HR people.
Cons: Overall it's a good app and free trial ended too soon.

"Great Way to Recruit"
Pros: Easy to use and large number of responses because the ad goes to various places. Can add and drop easily.
Cons: Nothing negative to add. The software works well, the only function that I need to fine tune is to screen out more applicants that do not meet the minimum requirements.
