They made us stand out from the rest then-then after posting to many sites they brought in lots of potential candidates to our company. The response time on any request I have is very quick. We had used indeed before Betterteam and I was not happy with the cost structure $$$$. Betterteam is straightforward with a budget per a week regardless of the views of your posting. I have recommended to three other companies since working with them in the last couple months. I just asked them to write two more job postings as well. Pros Technically I don't really use their software because they send all the applicants by email to me and I respond to the ones I want and archive the rest Cons None Review Source SH Steve H. Pros Product is easy to use, set up one job advert and the software automatically posts to all of the biggest job boards. The job advert is auto uploaded every month to keep the job advert fresh. Cons When purchasing a year long advert, it would be nice if you could put it on hold and then re-open it at a later date. Reason for choosing Betterteam Cost and time effective. We appreciate the bump to our posting, but feel that it should be standard rather than a special dispensation to be listed everywhere. Pros We liked the fast and numerous responses! We also liked the top notch customer care and good pricing. Cons We are not fans of forced year long subscriptions - or ANY subscriptions for that matter. Forcing a year long subscription in order to have your job on the main boards is a little bait-and-switch.
