Pros Since posting the application we've received multiple, quality leads in a timely manner. Easy to communicate with applicants. Easy to keep track of potential candidates. We always received hundreds of resumes for each listing we posted and I was able to review all of them before I emailed the applicant to start the interview and hiring process. Evrytime we ran into a problem or had a question the support team always got back to us quickly and did everything they could to ensure that the issue got resolved . The service as a whole has been an wonderful and useful tool to help us grow our business over the last year. Cons The only complaint I had during my time using this service was regarding duplicate resumes when we would post a new job. I wish there was a way for the system to recognize that we had rejected a candidate previously and not allow them to keep applying everytime I posted a new job. Review Source SM Shani M. Pros it's very easy to use and it wasn't long before we got a very qualified applicant sent over to us. The prices to continue the service are extremely reasonable compared to other programs. I am more confident than ever that I will never lack a supply to find employees ever again! Cons I currently did not have the funds/budget to continue with the software but in the trial period I was able to without cost gain over 25 applicants to help me grow my business. Pros Overall ease of use and the thumbs up and thumbs down prompt helps to sort and organize the candidates. Then if you have been a victim of others posing as your company they will block you without warning, but not before they take your credit card information. The software is so easy to use that I was able to get through most of the cover letters and resumes in one day. As long as your service continues to operate at this level, there's no reason to use any other job posting service. And when I asked to talk to a customer service representative to understand how to pause my account, Andy got right back to me and was straightforward and helpful. Thank you!
