Pros Betterteam understands their clients are mostly small businesses like me. Their subscription is very reasonable and very effective. I hired people within a week or so after placing the advertisement. The support is excellent and I would highly recommend them. Cons Easy to find what I needed. It was seen by many applicants as I got a lot of interested applicants. Staff contacting me via email were very professional. it was good to see they checked out the validity of the business advertising so to eliminate time wasters. It was easy to receive the CVs from the applicants. A cover letter was also received via email from the applicants. You can give lots of detail for the advert and a list of questions to eliminate people you do not want. It guides the employer to give a detailed description of the job. The site is easy to use. I received three potential employees whom I called for interview. I would use this site again in the future. I was very satisfied with the service. The main pro was it was easy to use. Betterteam allowed us to cast a much wider net than we traditionally use when recruiting new talent to our business. Cons Pricing was a bit obscure even after the trial period had ended so knowing how much we were spending monthly and the ability to access invoices from inside the app would be very useful. March 23, 2018 5.0 Getting a variety of candidates for the more entry level positions. Pros It is very user friendly and the platform is easy to understand and use. I also think the customer support is top notch. The price point is also very attractive. Cons I wasn't able to intergrate it with our ATS system, which was a downfall. IE: a person applies for a position that is posted and then is automatically re-directed to our website. It was easy to set up. I received an email alert each time someone applied to one of our positions. Cons It doesn't link to our ATS. If I really like a particular candidate, I had to contact him/her and request that they submit their resume through our database. The quality of the candidates was only mediocre. I only had the free trial, so maybe I didn't give it enough time. Some candidates did not submit cover letters, and those that I did receive were generic, with no indication that the candidates knew anything about our organization, had any interest in our mission, or even read through the job description. Pros Finally! A platform to reach multiple recruiting avenues through one database! I was skeptical, until the applications started flowing in. Just..... THANK YOU! Cons You can scroll down the list applicants, but can scroll up the list (only a "next candidate" button available, no "previous" button. Then they post it on many websites in internet. Results were amazing. Their service is professional. The responses were almost double what we received from using Indeed. Granted, we did not use a filter and received several that in no way met our basic requirements, but several of these were actually qualified for other departments and were passed along to other hiring managers. Overall, I am very happy. Pros Ease of use, response time from customer service was excellent, and the number of responses to the ad was almost double from what we got from Indeed. Will absolutely use this site again.
