Was most surprised on the quantity of qualified resumes. Cons Forgot to cancel after position filled so I continued to get billed. When I received the my credit card I used online cancel. I came across BETTERTEAM and thought to give it a try. Guess what? I got response from a number of targeted candidates and hired 9 people within 15 days. Thanks BETTERTEAM. Used the software for: ### "Betterteam delivered and beat out our usual job board" March 23, 2017 5.0 We usually post jobs on Seek.com.au with varying degrees of luck, this time we tried both Betterteam (for the first time) and Seek. We received a similar number of candidates, but the quality on Betterteam was higher. We did a group interview and shortlisted two great candidates and both were from Betterteam. It took a total of 5 days from posting our job ad to finding the people we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the results. We're always hiring and it's the biggest challenge for us, finding good people and fingers crossed we may have solved that problem for good. Received lots of qualified candidates with resumes - so that made it easy for me to send to someone else to review. Within 5 days I had 11 qualified candidates and have met my hiring quota. The issue I had with my company is the monthly charge was too much to handle. I rated five stars on the Customer Service because of the follow-up from Betterteam. We're on a tight budget so the free trial was great. I was lucky to get a great response to the ad during the free trial. The cost of this subscription is super low when compared to similar products. I highly recommend this product.
