I liked how the software organized the job advertisement in a way that was neat and easy to understand. In addition, I like how the software sent the job ad out to multiple, reputable job board sites over one platform. February 20, 2018 5.0 The job applications process recommendations were excellent. I used the appointment tool they recommended and could easily have applicants sign up for interviews based on my telephone conversations with the most highly qualified applicants. Pros The resumes of applicants were sent directly to me. I didn't have to go looking for them. The job selection recommendations were very helpful. Based on your recommendations, I did telephone interviews to weed out applicants and was then able to focus on only the highly qualified applicants Cons I had a difficult time shutting off the resume feed - the 'gear' to stop the resume flow was not working. June 6, 2018 5.0 we hired a new front desk receptionist using this software and I am hoping she is a member of our staff for years to come.. Pros Easy to use, even for a novice. Allowed us to fully explain the position open and brought us a reach we would not have achieved otherwise. I had to switch out some of the content mid stream and this was very easy to do working with customer service. Cons Wished I could have added our logo to our post. We were able to reach so many people with our ad to hire a Mechanical Engineer than we were able to do on our own. The system is easy to use and understandable. I had to deal with customer service due to an error on my part, not canceling the ad once we hired someone who applied through Betterteam. The 3 managers were very pleased with the selection as we try to hire the best candidate to join our team. Pros We use Indeed and Glassdoor for most of our recruitment. I was not familiar with Betterteam and was surprised with the number of responses that I received. I posted 3 jobs and received over 130 candidates in 4 days expressing their interest. And yes, a great number of the candidates were qualified for the initial telephone interview. Cons There were no cons, only good things to report. Review Source IU Ian U. The applications I was receiving were few and of lower quality. I then started using Betterteam after finding out about them doing a Google search. Within a few days of commencing the advertising through Betterteam, dozens of job applications were received. We found the perfect person for our job and could have employed many more as the quality of applications were of high quality. I will certainly use Betterteam again for our next job vacany. Rep with Betterteam provided a 30-45 phone consultation helping to redesign the posting and leverage the best recruiting territory. I had over 90 applicants in 4 days, narrowed this down to 6 phone interviews, down to 4 in person, and 2 perfect applicants. This service is reasonably priced and offer great value. We tried Indeed and some other sites . Very pleased with the services. I think the internal board can use a few upgrade as it feels like your just in an empty room, also the ability edit your job posting would be nice and we try to find the right ads or words that will attract the right candidate. Allows you to easily turn on and off when hiring, was important to me because we only hire during parts of the year. Linked In is too expensive, Facebook & Kijiji didn't work!" February 22, 2018 5.0 very effective! Pros Once the waiting period was over, the applications came flooding in! 25 in just half a day. In 5 days Kijiji gave us 3 and in 2 days Facebook gave us 2. Betterteam wins hands down! Cons The 48 waiting period was pain because we were in a rush.
