Pros

Great tool to manage your invoicing, payments and customer management.It accepts several forms of payment with low rates.

Cons

Fees for using credit cards could be lower, generating more profit for the user

Having invoice and payment info aon my tablet

Pros

write and sent invoices and then get paid. most of the time the sync works and I only have to enter data once and then find my payments for deposit in quickbooks

Cons

sometimes have difficulty syncing with my quickbooks or sometimes it won't. When it woks its great. Last month I had to recreate two weeks of payments in the quickbooks program. Invoice ASAp would not enter missing info.Lost a lot time

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and the customer support has been spot on every time I've had any issues. Hope they are adding more to it soon!

Cons

I would like to see the estimates sync with estimates in QuickBooks. Also I'd also like for custom fields in QuickBooks to coordinate with fields in InvoiceASAP. In addition, it would be great if we could attach PDF files instead of only jpg photos.

Easy to use and set up. Able to sync with Quickbooks. Fully Reliable. Works with a mobile printer like Zebra.

Pros

Easy to use it and manage your clients and products. We are in direct sales and have about 20 products and close to 80 clients. Invoice ASAP has been much reliable in our business. We could add a client or a product on the go, if needed. Support has always answered my questions in timely manner.

Cons

My type of business we a re oblige to give credit back to a customer if a product spoiled and/or damaged. Invoice ASAP is not capable to apply any refunds/credit back to a customer.

I like that the clients can pay quickly. Have found that some do not like the way it sends. When setting up for the first time read everything carefully or you will be making changes to your QuickBooks you were not expecting.

Pros

It syncs well with QuickBooks. Is pretty easy to use except sending invoices one by one is not great but not awful either.

Cons

Keeps QuickBooks file open so it has to be closed before starting QuickBooks again. Will only allow one Logo so if changing between companies is a bummer. Quick Pay from clients is nice.

Professional results due to their product.

Pros

Easy of use! History is at your finger tips all the time. Works with Quickbooks. Make your invoices and estimates look very professional.

Cons

Sync with Quickbooks never complete syncs correctly. Comes back failed sync, all the time. Pictures don't always send with Estimates. Some customers email service block receiving invoice. 24/7 phone service would be nice.

Pros

Nice lay out . Sharp invoice look. Easy to read invoice. Easy to attach picks. Easy to send invoice and estimates

Cons

Sometimes it wont transfer information from quick book to asap. If you create an estimate in quick book wont show on asap. If you create a customer in asap with out an invoice wont show in quick books. If you receive a payment through quick books wont show on asap.

Being able to process credit cards recently has been great! Able to edit most everything, constantly is a huge help.

Pros

Been absolutely great for alcohol distribution with the signature feature, which 95% of other apps don't have. Love the ability to edit most everything.

Cons

Some things aren't easy to edit and must sign in on a computer to do so, and I'm always on the road, so that isn't the most convenient.

We used to make either handwritten invoices or make invoices from office and then deliver to customers. Now we can make invoices on the go and it automatically syncs with quickbooks.

Pros

Ease of use. Multiple users in one company. Auto sync with quickbooks. Invoice send feature. Airprint option. Signature capture.

Cons

Can not set up discounts at individual customer level for individual items. Desktop app hangs up a lot.

Pros

I have tried other invoicing software before, and they were limited, and often difficult to use or customize. Invoice ASAP is nothing like anything else I've used! Easy to set up, customize, and navigate. Making administration changes is quick and easy. Works effortlessly on all my devices and office desktop. Generating professional looking estimates and invoices in the field has never been simpler. Plus, customers appreciate the paperless format saving paper. Now that I have it, I can't imagine being without InvoiceASAP!

Cons

Any negatives I had about InvoiceASAP were either corrected in updates, or from my own improper management of settings.

Easy use for invoices and inventory control.

Pros

Easy to use. I personally use the App as the primary usage which is easy. Keeps track of the customers past invoices for years and also keeps inventory straight.

Cons

You do not have a cost field for the products/inventory in the app. Where the website has the option for a cost field. That's really my only complaint.

Pros

It's very versatile, also allows for credit card processing, inventory tracking and customer signatures. I appreciate not having to carry a bulky mobile printer as I can email my invoice to the customer immediately

Cons

Some customers can not view the invoice online, I don't think this is a fault in the software just their security system

The ease of use on the go and at office. I would like to be able to have the same option on phone as computer if possible.

Cons

Not able to log same customer with 2 address without doing it under the job location. I also would like to have the ability to save card info with out being changed such high monthly amount.

Pros

Works, and captures signature. Over time they have only improved the app. Sync with quickbooks. No more re-entry of data when you get back to the office.

Cons

Can take awhile to sync up with quickbooks. Not a big deal. Some times will have issue with cell connection. Not the apps fault, just reality of being mobile.

Cons

I wish there was a way to integrate the address book with my phone contacts app. It also is a better iPhone/ipad app than the web version.

It's on my phone and it's easy to use. I put invoices and estimate together on the go and mark paid them also.

Cons

I think that the Payment processing fee is high, I would use it if it was lower. Sometimes my apps software is crashes and I lose what i was working on.

Pros

I really like the ability to write an invoice, have the customer sign it then syncing it with Quick Books.

Cons

It doesn't have an offline feature, it will only work if you have an internet connection. It is also slow at times on my Google Pixel.

The system is easy to operate and it let me know when a invoice has been read and sent. The program can be used on any device even if I am not near my home computer.

Cons

I would like to use pay pal on there system. The service was much easier when PayPal was attached to the system.

Tracking old invoices are very hard. Needs other options to track old customers or invoices like with phone number or Street address.

Ease of use.

Pros

Ease of use. It is very easy to put together an estimate and email it to the customer, and then convert that estimate to an invoice once customer approves the estimate.

Cons

I don't have any real cons about the software, more just something that I wish it did. It would be totally awesome if we could set up automated monthly invoicing to email out an invoice to our customers every month.

Pros

Being able to invoice immediately when done with a job. It help with getting paid faster. Also links up with quickbooks.

Cons

Not being able to do progress invoicing is the one thing i wish they would change. You have to manually split the invoice.
