Never have I had problems with everything refreshing and staying up to date. Cons There really isn't much to say that's bad about this product. I use it for my invoicing and it works fine. Pros Ease of edits via app. Ability to attach photos is very nice. Ability to prepare estimates in the field & later copy them into a new invoice is nice. Cons App: No "PO Number" slot, difficulty in storing multiple "Ship To" or "Job Location" addresses. Doesn't truly sync to my credit card reader, requiring a separate action. Cons My customers emails are always getting lost and replaced with my email instead. Invoice ASAP isn't accepting the updates every time I re-edit my customers emails. June 11, 2018 5.0 Easy to use and better than Quickbooks pos Pros I like that inventory is included with invoices and quotes. Program is easy to use and customer support really cares. I don't have to submit a ticket to ask questions. I was able to easily set it up. Cons The software needs a few improvements on reporting and permissions for different users. It probably won't work well with my Quickbooks as some things could get screwed up if you sync it. That's why I need better reports in order to book better journal entries. Its 2018, if your program isn't intuitive, there's something wrong. Cons This invoicing system helped get my business off the ground. Integrated into QuickBooks which is what we had at the time. Cons Our company switched to Quickbooks Online and this did not integrate into it as well. The inventory art is terrible. I really like that you can duplicate an estimate without having to redo everything. Cons Customer service was hard to reach the one time I tried. Otherwise everything has been great. Fast invoicing. Pros It's fast and snappy, and in fairness, it's pretty easy to navigate as there really aren't very many options or frills. I have never liked this side of the business but using this program has made it so I no longer dread the office side of things! It's very quick to check in on certain invoices/clients, print out statements, edit them the way you need, etc. Pros We use this program to send out invoices, check into outstanding invoices, and it's easy to check whether we're on the road or in the office. It's easy to get virtual signatures and it has a tiny learning curve- my favorite! You do not have to be a genius to use. Another pro is that they're constantly updating features! Cons So far, this is completely dependent on wifi...which means if I'm low on data or if the internet goes out, it cannot be accessed.
