Company desktop qb files access on the road.

Pros

Syncs with QB desktop, you can make estimates, then copy to invoice. I really like that all my contacts sync from QB desktop. It is nice that I can accept credit card payment from the app.

Cons

Name and item search should have quick search that shows results as you type. There is no way to hide or prevent from importing inactive items from QuickBooks. This is a big problem as it is easy for someone to use an item that is no longer being used, and therefore get inventory off. Also, it would be nice if it had a function that would work with QB desktop sales receipt function. I use sales receipts in QB for customer down payments.

Ease of having it on a mobile device. Price for the usage. Able to send estimates and invoice for repairs and service.

Cons

Hard to do multiple job address with same customer name.

Pros

Ease of use, quick for customers to pay with credit card feature. The separation of paid & non paid invoices, The ability to created estimates that can be approved by customers.

Cons

Reports seem to be lacking some features was unable to print certain things but it may have the feature just didn't find what I needed

Pros

It's easy use..could use more of the features to track the job..like that it's used on different devices and all uploads the same information.

Cons

There is no one tutorials..no one you can call when needing assistance.. no way of tracking the categories of service

Overall I really liked InvoiceASAP. The simplicity of the program really was a breath of fresh air.

Pros

I really love how easy InvoiceASAP was to use. The template is already in place and really convenient.

Cons

I really wish there where more options on the templates. I need to send several types of invoices to clients.

It's been so great to use thus far and so easy to do!

Pros

It's often hard to create and keep track of all of your invoices when you are self-employed but this software makes it so easy!

Cons

I don't think I've used this software enough or long enough to encounter any negative aspects!
