The program can be connected to the phone line. When a client calls, their profile will pop up so you can properly greet them and have their profile ready in front of you for further communication.

Pros

The program allows users to share viewing and editing of customer accounts. The program assistant is very handy and quick to bring up a search so you don't have to go through as many steps.

Cons

Too much information on one page creates opportunities for oversight.

Pros

This software is great in that it has features easy to use such as the chats and sophisticated phone platform.

Cons

The management view of the prospects, also the recording part would need more info to select.
