Pros

Ease out tracking rent payments as well as notifications about rent escalations, renewals, and n options

Cons

It would be really nice to have a mobile app.

I have been a long-term user at now 3 different organizations. The customer service is excellent and the simplicity of the system - while still being able to be robust and complex - is key to my dependent departments.

Pros

\- ease of document organization- search functionality- financial schedules

Cons

I have no complaints, but have to type something into this box!

Reason for choosing Spacebase

No comparison. Very easy decision.

The most important feature to me is the customer support. If there is an issue, it gets resolved very quickly.

Honestly, I can not think of anything that I don't like. Every item that has been an issue has been addressed and corrected by our rep.
