After a successful implementation, we were able to cut down the open enrollment process to 3 weeks. 1 Week of Prep, 1 Week of Open Enrollment, and 1 Week of Wrap up. Our HR Manager stated that if she would have known it was going to be so easy, she wouldn't have fought it for so long! Pros Put the power of keeping employee data accuracy in the hands of the employee. We continue to discover and harvest more from the system each year. It has not failed to deliver in anything we have asked. The transition has been a little rough but that is no reflection on the software. There is so much more functionality over GCS. As our company grows its definitely needed and very helpful to have.
