By allowing us central control combined with departmental accountability assures us that procedures, policies, forms and documents are always being reviewed and refreshed while being easily accessible to everyone in the organization. Pros myPolicies provides us with a single, cloud based platform to digitalize, standardize, and streamline the control process for initiating, updating, and maintaining company policies and training documents for the entire organization. I recommend myPolicies to anyone who is looking to simplify and centralize their policies. Pros I like the fact that we can keep and maintain all of our policies and procedures in one place, monitor all the assignments and easy the easy way to pull reports for management. Cons In general, I like the software. However, more options while editing documents would be great! There is an opportunity for improvements. Pros There is so much that myPolicies offers that I highly rank as Pros. To name a few it would be Ease of Use for Employees and Admin, Automated Approval Process, Digital Acknowledgement, version comparisons and easy search capabilities.
