The software does not allow end users to download documents in Word, only pdf. No flexibility in how the colors or templates are laid out. It is so easy to pull policies now. Updating/revising current policies is much easier to do with myPolicies. Pros It is so easy to set up and use on a daily basis. Easy to search for policies. By allowing us central control combined with departmental accountability assures us that procedures, policies, forms and documents are always being reviewed and refreshed while being easily accessible to everyone in the organization. Pros myPolicies provides us with a single, cloud based platform to digitalize, standardize, and streamline the control process for initiating, updating, and maintaining company policies and training documents for the entire organization. Cons In all honesty, there is very little that we do not like about the product. I recommend myPolicies to anyone who is looking to simplify and centralize their policies. Pros I like the fact that we can keep and maintain all of our policies and procedures in one place, monitor all the assignments and easy the easy way to pull reports for management. Cons In general, I like the software. However, more options while editing documents would be great! There is an opportunity for improvements. Cons Would love to have more primary category capability.
