Our CSM is really helpful and responsive!

Pros

It's relatively easy to upload and revise policies.

Cons

The steps to create and upload a policy aren't the most clear, and comprehensive training materials should be available.

I have been using myPolicies less than a year, but I would say that it is a good software and the customer support is great. I recommend myPolicies to anyone who is looking to simplify and centralize their policies.

Pros

I like the fact that we can keep and maintain all of our policies and procedures in one place, monitor all the assignments and easy the easy way to pull reports for management.

Cons

In general, I like the software. However, more options while editing documents would be great! There is an opportunity for improvements.

policy tracking

Pros

Easy display of information. Easy to see who has acknowledged.

Cons

Limited in its use. Cannot make specific policy manuals related to specific areas (E.g HR, Finance). Only policies can be acknowledged but other document types cannot. Cannot play videos or hyperlink to other policies or documents within a policy. No flexibility in how the colors or templates are laid out.

The myPolicies platform allows us the combination of customizability with standard controls to bring all of our disparate policies and procedures under one umbrella. By allowing us central control combined with departmental accountability assures us that procedures, policies, forms and documents are always being reviewed and refreshed while being easily accessible to everyone in the organization.

Pros

myPolicies provides us with a single, cloud based platform to digitalize, standardize, and streamline the control process for initiating, updating, and maintaining company policies and training documents for the entire organization.

Cons

In all honesty, there is very little that we do not like about the product.

It has been a great program to share our policies/procedures with the entire organization, and has allowed us to automate the acknowledgment of these documents.

Pros

Very user friendly for the end users. Very structured overview of documents. Easy to find documents by name or tag.

Cons

The editor does not work well. The software does not allow end users to download documents in Word, only pdf.

myPolicies has really helped our company with audits. It is so easy to pull policies now. Updating/revising current policies is much easier to do with myPolicies.

Pros

It is so easy to set up and use on a daily basis. Easy to search for policies.

Cons

Formatting new policies is not as smooth as I would like.

The reps at myPolicies are fantastic to work with and are always there to help out whenever you need assistance.

Pros

There is so much that myPolicies offers that I highly rank as Pros. To name a few it would be Ease of Use for Employees and Admin, Automated Approval Process, Digital Acknowledgement, version comparisons and easy search capabilities.

Cons

Would love to have more primary category capability.
