Pros An Office365 backup that is great value with a quick restore process and multiple restore options that allow for hands off restore directly into the end user's mailbox (e-mail restore). Cons Restore process takes some time to figure out if not used often (there is recovery option on the left sidebar, but also a recovery option from the backup as well on the homepage, say Exchange), they seem to offer different interface and recovery options. Pros Easy to use, easy to navigate, works well. Good support when needed. Set it once than pretty much forgot about it apart from periodic testing. Cons Cannot produce a report of total number of items backed up so we can compare it with the total number of items we have on our O365 account (Emails, files, etc.). Getting too many email notifications on grace period that we don't understand and only ignore them. Customer support has been quick and easy, only when issues arise do i need anything, which has only happened once. For the money, there's no competition, it's much easier than rolling my own solution, even if vibe coded. The backup covers everything with unlimited storage and it's safe in the cloud. Luckily I still haven't needed to do any customer data recovery and the system is automatically updated. Pros Overall, I have had a great experience with CloudAlly 365 backup and the value for the money spent is very competitive. We are using it for all the 365 modules. The setup was simple and straight forward. My interaction with support has been good and quick response. I have tested recovery for real time situations as well as to assure the process and have not hit a failure and recovery speed was better than expected. They even assisted me getting our Google Workspace data backed up after we migrated to 365. Pros Straight-foward and seamless setup & configuration for the backup of mailboxes in Microsoft 365 tenants. Cloud storage is an essential component of my recommendations to clients and Cloud Ally fits the bill. When data recovery is required, it's simple, easy, and hassle free. I also transitioned to Cloud Ally because it represented excellent value for money. Working with customer support has made the entire experience well worth my time and effort. Cons The one regret I have about Cloud Ally's Microsoft 365 offering is that I didn't use it sooner. I am in the process of migrating from other cloud storage providers and this is certainly my issue, not Cloud Ally's.
