"Just about everything you need in an LMS"
Overall: Overall, this tool is pretty easy to navigate as an admin - I feel it's fairly intuitive. Merging contacts can get sticky, but that might be because of how we set them up and how they are created from our database. I like that you can customize just about everything within BlueSky to make it less of a transition from your website to your AMS - and the consumer usability seems to be pretty decent as well.
Pros: There are many, many options with this service. The sky is about the limit in terms of the types of programming you can do with your organization and you have the ability to organize it well, if you give the organization the appropriate amount of foresight.
Cons: We have regular issues with our database integration which is not supposed to cause issues. We are a small organization and this tool has way more than we will ever need in an LMS - but that is to no fault of the product. I do wish you could re-organize past live events easier. For example, we have a monthly webinar series and house these in a "course" but the list is getting unruly. We have changed how we deploy these events over the past two years and we are unable to move everything into new "courses" or folders because its very difficult to relocate "live event" recordings. I wish that once an event was complete and a video was loaded you could move that around the LMS as freely as you move a document.
