At any moment we can have 30 people working on a project, with 50 projects various stages of completion. CPC helps us ensure we never, ever miss a detail or commitment. The CPC platform is also a tool for our people to hold themselves accountable. We spend less time frantic about at what needs to be done and more time on what more we can do for our clients. Like I said, "CPC... where have you been all my life." You make running our company 10x easier than it has been in the past! The software allows you to set simple control points along a process, empower people to control them, and give managers a quick easy way to ensure that these control points are getting completed on time, every time. This all happens with a couple clicks from your phone. In addition, the software gives managers a simple scorecard that shows what is be completed, and if something is behind schedule. Straight forward and intuitive. It definitely fills the accountability void you find with other tools. The potential benefits across organizational lines are huge. The ability to restrict who sees what is impressive. Cons It requires a substantial cultural change, which is always hard, but the benefits way definitely outweigh the effort. Cons Inputting of data is a chore that causes us to underutilize the tool. Wish there was a way to import task lists from Excel. It has been instrumental in keeping our teams on target with project due dates. In fact, I am not sure how we would have done it without CPC. No longer do I have to torture myself over short term memory loss or carry that notebook with all of my tasks listed so that I can both supervise my staff or myself. This is a great product to make your day smoother. I have introduced it to my staff of CPA's so that they can better manage their jobs and the staff that work under them. I no longer need a hundred post-it notes with my to-dos stuck on my computer screens. Customer support is very responsive and is welcoming of feature recommendations. Cons Can be a little time consuming initially setting up the towers and control points. Wish there was the option to send users an email notification when assigning them a control point.
