Pros The software is easy and structured and allows all my staff participation with the direction of the company and the part they play through review and goal setting features. It is fairly intuitive and straight forward. Cons We would like to be able to have an automatic data load and not have to load data manually. Great behind the scenes support." July 6, 2018 5.0 The product was the simplest and easiest way to move from a paper driven performance management process to a slick and easy online process. Pros Flexibility: The best part of this software is that our current performance review form could be replicated within Perform Yard. Ease of use: Once the basic form was created, it was easy to duplicate and revise to complete 20+ job review forms. Adoption: Even the most reluctant managers were quick to adopt the Perform Yard process. Cons The only drawback to the program is the inability to add a 1-on-1 performance management aspect in conjunction with the regularly scheduled performance management process. Bonus calculations were straightforward this year because each person had a weighted goal achievement score. Pros My favorite feature is the weighted goal calculation we were able to add to the year end process. Our company has multiple business units and we needed a performance management system that would work for the variety of businesses this system allowed us to customize almost all features that we needed. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process. They took their time never in a rush! Customer Support is a keeper! Pros From the first sale presentation to end of the uploading it was a great experiences. It was easy and simple to learn. Cons Goals was a challenge for many of my employees. Pros The ease of use and navigation for both myself and my team. The software made one of the most complained about processes (Performance Appraisals) a whole lot less tedious for our teams. Its so much faster now! Pros How easy it is to set up a review cycle, send it out, have our employees fill it out and track who is complete and still needs to finish. Cons Once you push out a review cycle, you cannot change the date for it to be due globally instead of going in one by one to change it. Same goes with changing if the reviewer needs to sign off first or the employee does. Not a huge deal but being able to do it once vs 50 times would be so much better. Review Source EL Ernesto L. Pros This is an amazing program, it is easy to integrate with your IT system, they provide training on how to use the software. Of all my years in performing employee evaluations - this is the best! Easy to use and it encourages the employee to want to log in and update daily/weekly accomplishments. The software is also cost effective and there's a budget for all sizes of companies. Cons If they had an after hour customer support team.
