Pros

having all performance related information in one place - ability to reference data more easily and see progress

Cons

UI was sometimes difficult to navigate and you could get lost or forget where you were - breadcrumbing could be improved

Very nice, I like it better than the paper way.

Pros

I like that it is organized and user friendly. Evaluations can be hard to keep track of so this is a very nice asset to have.

Cons

Alerts. Sometimes they can be buggy and in your face. overall not bad though
