December 13, 2022 4.0 Pros One of the great things about AdminOnline is the ease with which we can pick up where we left off last year. Since softball is a seasonal sport, there are a few dormant months that we do not use the system. When we start up again, we update the service and the email message to the current year and we're ready to send out the first emails to all the clients for re-registration. Billing and sending out statements is such a joy! Takes me no more than a half an hour to complete each month.The importing of bank statements makes the allocation of payments so easy and quick. (Even for someone with no financial background like me) Cons Working on a smartphone on AdminOnline is next to impossible. And parents love it as well Cons I sometimes donot understand all the financial terms/language. Difficult to name cons. Because as soon as I see a con they change it to a pro. Most customers who have valid reasons to query anything from the statement can be conveniently done from their pace when they log in and able to see statements on their own and act. Pros The statements are sent out on a monthly basis and customers stay abreast of how much they are in credit or areas. It is easy for me to see who is in credit and who is in arrears. It is easy to register new customers and make customers inactive. Cons I cannot permanently hide inactive customers and this makes my list of customers very long.
