Cons I'm not happy about the newest e-Orion bill pay option. It appears we are unable to charge the clients for credit charge surcharges anymore. Cons Some of the functions are not in the instruction manuals so I end up having to contact support when I'd prefer to do it myself with instructions. It allows us to get the information that helps us in our decision making process. Cons There is a lot of different applications within the software and each one has its own features and a lot of capabilityt to it. It's not so much a con, but it just takes an immense amount of dedicated time to understand how the different applications work. This is a must before it can be used efficiently and effectively, so does require a significant time requirement.
