Pros The parent app as well as the easy user friendly software was the instantly noticeable thing about Blossom. This coupled with it being a powerful all in one Nursery Management Software with Learning Journal capabilities is amazing. The customer service is always exemplary, friendly and helpful. In the two years we've been using Blossom the features added have made the product even more appealing and user friendly. Cons The only thing that would be on our wish list would be a meal register. Pros The system has lots of potential to be good. Cons After being a first steps user for 20 + years it has been tricky to not have all the detailed reports I am use to having. Pros The ease of use . I can get to most of what I need access to without any issues. I like the layout of my dashboard as it has everything I need to know as manager on a day to day basis at the touch of a button. I like the parent communication and how easy it is to add an observation, diary feed. Cons Sometimes, if something is updated it causes a glitch in another part of the software. I have found over the years, it great, but it’s like octopus legs, each one fabulous, but if one is updated, it doesn’t communicate with the other legs causing something g else not to work.
