We use it for our annual 5-day training intensive and love how it brings everything together in one place: schedules, links, directions, and a handy “Who’s Who” page. Pros The Who's is Who tool is great for kick off events, they way it links people to agenda items and the other way around is really helpful. The app is easy to create and therefore ideal for anyone who doesn't work with these systems on a weekly basis. Cons missing the tool to upload files, we solved this through adding links to Dropbox, however for the customer experience, in app files opening brings it to the next level. Phillipe assisted me at all times and was super fast. Pros I liked that it could be customized with the company's logos/colors and that surveys could be conducted with attendees. Cons I didn't like that each "improvement" meant an increase in cost. The issue of prices for each thing seemed unclear to me. I do believe it was good value for money, we cross-quoted with other apps that were far more complicated or less intuitive and definitely more expensive. Pros We used LineUPR to design our conference website and found it very easy to use. The platform is very intuitive, with clear navigation and a logical structure that makes it easy to find everything. We were able to customise the site to match our brand style and create a professional look. We loved how the information is connected across the platform, linking sponsors to speakers and the agenda. This was the first year we had a digital brochure and we were very happy with the result. Delegates found it easy to use too. We would highly recommend it. March 18, 2025 5.0 We used LineUpr for the London Business School Women in Business Club’s EQUALL Conference this March, and it was such a great experience. The platform was super easy to use—we were able to set up our own app for the conference without any issues. We got a lot of positive feedback on the day from people saying how much they loved the app and how it made the conference feel super smooth and organized. Overall, LineUpr made a big difference for us, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a conference or event. Pros A few features really stood out for us. The ticketing system made it easy for attendees to book workshops in advance, which helped a ton with managing capacity. We also loved the push notifications! It was a great way to keep everyone informed throughout the day—whether it was telling people where to go for lunch, reminding them to sign up for workshops, or letting them know when to come back from coffee breaks. Pros i really love the simplicity of the app, it is designed for ease of use, even for users who arent tech savy. It does everything it promises. If only it would not have the escalating price tag when you have visitors above 500 Pros We are a small festival run by volunteers, but we have 14 venues open on a one day festival. Getting a schedule, location overview, communicating with your visitors, it is what you want, but what takes ages to set up manually, or on your website. Lineupr is tailored for this: you fill in your data and boom, there's a webapp. It is standardized enough for everyone to understand, but it has enough flexibility to make it 'your own' with simple color options and branding placement. And all this without installing a new app, something that for a small festival like ours is a threshold. So ja, it is really perfect. Cons The pricing is a bit confusing. It seems that you pay for attendees, but actually you're paying for accessed unique visitors. So if you're a bigger festival, something like TMSQR could be a good alternative with a fixed price. Die Umstellung war erst einmal nicht ohne... ging dann aber doch schnell von der Hand. Primärer Grund war damals die Nutzung einer online-App-Lösung. Da viele Teilnehmer (Mediziner) nicht bereit waren, sich eine App runterzuladen, nur weil sie bei einer meiner Veranstaltungen teilgenommen haben. Das klappte allgemein auch ganz gut. Herausforderung war meistens leider die "Aktualisierung" der Inhalte, was aber Device-abhängig ist. Sprich manche bekamen die Updates in der App sofort durchgestellt, manche erst deutlich später (ggf. durch Datensparmodus o.ä.) Pros LineUPr ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Man findet sich schnell zurecht und hat das setup in kurzer Zeit verinnerlicht. Der Support hat immer schnell reagiert und sogar Umsetzungen von Wünschen (bei mir ging es um die Voting-Funktionen) umgehend umgesetzt. Der Zugang für die Teilnehmer der Events erfolgt eher "schwellenfrei", sprich ohne Installation oder Rücksicht auf die verwendete Software des Device (IOS, Android...) Cons Sehe ich derzeit kaum. Push war bei mir ein Thema, was aber mittlerweile m.E. gelöst ist. Und sonstige Änderungswünsche wurden schnell angegangen oder begründet erst einmal zurückgestellt. Pros Die Webapp ist im Frontend sowie Backend intuitiv zu bedienen und lässt sich an unsere Bedürfnisse hinsichtlich Layout sehr gut anpassen. Dadurch passt sie bei uns immer zum jeweiligen Event und ist unseren Gästen ein guter Begleiter. Für uns besonders praktisch sind die Pushnachrichten, mit denen wir auf Highlights etc. nochmals gesondert hinweisen können. Der Kontakt mit LineUpr ist immer nett und hilfreich. Der Einsatz der App ist zudem DSGVO-konform inkl. unkomplizierter Möglichkeit eine AVV zu schließen = happy Legal Team. Cons Die Titel von Agendapunkten und Sponsoren werden scheinbar ausschließlich einzeilig dargestellt – was nicht in eine Zeile passt, wird mit drei Punkten am Ende abgeschnitten. Eine Option für mehrzeilige Darstellungen wäre hilfreich, da bei komplexen Themen manchmal keine Einzeiler drin sind. October 20, 2025 5.0 Insgesamt war die Nutzung von LineUpr auf einem großen, internationalen Pfadfinderlager ein echter Gewinn. Kommunikation, Programmübersicht und kurzfristige Änderungen ließen sich problemlos steuern, was bei circa 250 Teilnehmenden eine enorme Entlastung war. Die App hat zuverlässig funktioniert und war leicht zu bedienen. Insgesamt hat LineUpr dazu beigetragen, dass das Lager deutlich strukturierter, ruhiger und besser organisiert ablief. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder einsetzen und kann sie für Events jeder Größe empfehlen. Referentin International Affairs Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Erfolgreiches Großevent mit 300 jungen Menschen" December 18, 2024 5.0 Wir haben LineUpr Platinum mit Add-On „Programmregistrierung“ für eine dreitägige Großveranstaltung in München mit Rund 300 jungen Menschen genutzt (deutschsprachig). Für die Veranstaltung nutzten wir diverse Locations in der Stadt, weshalb die App sehr nützlich bei der Orientierung zwischen den Locations war. Außerdem konnten die TN über die Profile bereits vor der Veranstaltung sehen, wer noch dabei ist und sich untereinander vernetzen. Wir konnten die involvierten Akteure im „Lineup“ vorstellen. Da einzelne Programmpunkte nur für eine limitierte Anzahl an TN offen waren, nutzten wir das o.g. Add-On. Insgesamt war die Nutzung der App für unsere Veranstaltung eine große Bereicherung – sowohl aus der Sicht der TN als auch für das Organisationsteam. We had an international conference with about 300 participants from 40 nations. After a very short time you could see that the mobile phones were being pulled out everywhere. Conclusion: A great tool even without these additional functions. I can absolutely recommend Lineupr personally. Pros What is on offer: It is possible to display information about the participants or information about upcoming events. In our case, over 150 individual events were held in two different locations. Participants can be searched by name. The events can be sorted in so-called "categories". A search within the events is then possible by category. Persons and events can be saved as favourites. Simple surveys can be generated via the app. The results can be downloaded in Excel. A "Post" function leads to the creation of short messages which appear on the screen when the app is opened. Setting up the "App": The creation of participants and events is quick and easy. Programming knowledge is not necessary. The total setup time was about two hours, but depends of course on the preliminary work. I was able to take and transfer existing lists. Cons Which would be desirable: In my opinion and based on the feedback from the participants, the app is almost perfect. However, a few ideas would improve the usability even further: - It would be very good if the underlying website could also be accessed via a PC in the same way. In fact, not all people still have a smartphone. It would then also be possible to compile your favorites list on the big screen at home. - It would be very good if events could be searched not only by category, but also by keyword. - We were told that it would be desirable if participants could link to each other via the app and, for example, have a chat function. - If a survey was created, it would be good if it appeared as a pop-up immediately when the app was called. November 22, 2018 5.0 LineUpr is an application that offers many useful features such as the possibility to link artists/speakers to their item on the agenda and vice versa as well as the option to vary in the priority of items on the agenda so that important ones can be shown first regardless of the alphabetical or chronological order. The incorporated feedback feature for event-visitors and the real-time update function are also very practical. We’ve been working with LineUpr for a couple of years now and wouldn’t hesitate to say that it always entirely met our needs. Pros LineUpr is very customer-friendly. The usability is great for both event creator and consumer as all of the features are self-explaining and the overall handling is easy, fast and intuitive. For the creator this is not only but to great parts due to the very helpful offer that you can transfer and adjust the settings and the content from one of your already existing projects to a new one. This can save you a lot of time p.e. if you’re planning a series of similar events. In addition they offer an exceptionally good customer service so that in case of any problem you’ll be looked after very efficiently and even in short notice. Cons There isn’t really anything we missed. The only thing one could criticize is that you can’t really change the overall design of the app but in the end it does look simple, yet professional and you can choose individual colours to match your own corporate design. Due to the many options to customize it is however possible to create exactly what you need. I like also the fact that the app is web-based and that it is easy to re-use previous events as a base for new ones. It was the beste choise to use lineupr. But it is not just the app that we liked, it also the customer service. we recevied 2 or 3 mails, where they gave a couple of hints.
