It allows me to track all of my clients' workouts and histories. I can program their workouts and they are delivered seamlessly. I have had great experiences with customer service over the years. **Pros:** I love that the users have an easy to use app that delivers the workouts easily. I especially like that I can upload my own videos for each exercise that I assign to my clients. **Cons:** I wish there were an app for the coaches to do programming and workout edits/tracking. There was no option for independent contractors under the drop down menu in the previous section when asking about company size only "employees" and since they are not employees I chose myself as the answer for how many are in the company but there are two other individuals that train with me as independent contractors. **Pros:** The customization of everything! I have used Trainerize in the past and I thought it was a little bit more on the playful/less serious side of training and that was not suited for me. I want the best software for my clients with the ability deliver a professional-level service. TrueCoach allows me to customize anything and everything that I need for my programming in the easiest way. **Cons:** There is no option to charge for individual personal training sessions. I want to be able to customize all of my pricing for my clients and do invoicing through TrueCoach as a one-stop shop for my invoice and I can not do that right now with the current product/payment options. I talked with customer service and it looked like there was a way to do it if I would set up a recurring weekly plan and then do some other stuff but it all seemed confusing and I didn't want to test with my clients and find out I wasn't doing it correctly I want it to be very simple and something I can use with ease. Single session charges and customizable invoices for each month would be amazing! When plugging in for nutritional questions the top of the title still says "workout" or something training-related. It would be good if that could be customized. I would also like the colors customized to fit my logo. I do not enjoy the purple being delivered to my clients on the user interface.
