I wouldn't recommend it, it has a way to go to be extremely functional and user friendly, but I think it has good foundations of it. I would recommend the app integrating an option where coach comments are almost "linked" in the general messages and a more user friendly calendar scheduling option. **Pros:** The interface is fairly easy to use, though at times not intuitive. The exercises I'm given by my coach are clearly labeled with easy ways to track progress from week to week by viewing "exercise history". I like that there is the ability to upload both video and pictures along with description, and that there's an easy way for me to message with my coach **Cons:** Sadly, I feel a lot of features can be improved. First of all, I have had multiple instances where I cannot upload my videos or pictures. I've had to restart the app entirely and lost progress, I've also had an entire workout that I've filled out completely disappear. The messaging can be great, but when my coach adds a comment to a workout I not only have to go to the app, I also have to go to "past", click the workout I \*think\* a new comment has been added to, and then I have to click a tiny message button on the top right hand corner to view the message at all. Workouts are set to the coach's time zone as well so when I am in the middle of a workout and cross over into their "midnight" (I'm behind them) it's considered missing a workout. I also wish that if I missed a workout, it rolled over to the next day.That brings me to my last point, from a client perspective it's incredibly disheartening when I miss a workout and there's a giant red X next to it. It would be MUCH better to have options where a client can catch up. There is also no option to reschedule a workout due to vacation etc. except on the coach end. It allows me to track all of my clients' workouts and histories. I can program their workouts and they are delivered seamlessly. I have had great experiences with customer service over the years. **Pros:** I love that the users have an easy to use app that delivers the workouts easily. I especially like that I can upload my own videos for each exercise that I assign to my clients. **Cons:** I wish there were an app for the coaches to do programming and workout edits/tracking.
