### "One of the best paid event management packages"

Their interface may seem a bit differnt from any package that we knew but after intensive three days we were able to set up our first multi-track event and we sold all the seats one month earlier than we expected! Handling all delegate calls after the event was also easy.

Pros

To present agenda and sign up attendees is easy. Conrego does its best job in handling all situations related with delegate management. Sending reminders, payment handling, change tracking, promotional codes, invoicing, attendees tracking - all there. We used that for bigger (750 people) and smaller (100 people) events and we will use it this year. Moreover, their support is absolute bananas!

Cons

There are couple of features we would like to see there like mass invoicing. Archiving would be nice to have too.

Very positive, I expect quick support when needed and I got it.

Pros

Once you realize the philisophy of configuration (it is rather simple) than you make magic. Also, the support is very responsive and provides quick and informative answers, also they quickly check the configuration.

Cons

The sysstem let you build only one type of event per subscription. I wasn't aware of this, so needed to restructure my way of the event design and then it started to work as intended.

My overall experience was excellent. The platform fully met the requirements of our event and supported the entire registration process seamlessly. Pros

The system was intuitive and user-friendly, making the registration process very simple. It offered clear navigation, useful features for managing participants, and smooth communication tools. Everything worked reliably, and the interface was easy to understand both for organizers and attendees.

Cons

I didn’t notice any major disadvantages. The only small issue I experienced was related to scaling some custom graphics so that they displayed perfectly on mobile devices. However, once adjusted, everything worked fine and did not affect the overall quality of the platform. Apart from that, there were no real problems, and the system functioned smoothly throughout the event.

Overall impressions are positive. As Poles, we are masters at “combining”, so we always managed to find a solution.

Pros

What I really like about working with Conrego is the program's ease of use and the ability to edit almost anything.

Cons

In my opinion, what is missing is the ability to invoice at a rate other than 23% (we happen to have participants from foreign companies who need a rate of “e.g.” - not taxable). There is also no possibility to issue an advance invoice.

Pros

The CONREGO system has effectively enhanced the organisation of our conferences, while allowing us – organisers – to monitor the entire event on an ongoing basis, manage data and contact participants. Cooperation with Conrego has been very good and its success is not only due to the system itself, but also to the professionalism, reliability, communicativeness and extensive experience of the staff.

Cons

I would like to be able to issue invoices with several items with different VAT rates. This is really the only thing I am missing.

It has helped us organize our databases and allowed us to create quick and visually appealing forms. We are looking forward to our upcoming event, where we will be able to send personalized tickets that can be verified using a mobile app – this is a huge game changer for us.

I have been using Conrego for at least 5 years, and the current version since its release. As a conference organizer, it is one of the most important platforms for managing events and participants. I maintain an active dialogue with the Conrego team to provide ongoing feedback, report bugs, and suggest new features—many of which have been implemented in the current version of the system. I can confidently say that I am not only a Conrego client, but in my opinion, I have also contributed to making the system better over time.

Pros

What I like most about Conrego is the great support from the customer support team, which responds very quickly to reported issues and is highly responsive. The platform itself is very easy to configure and surprisingly versatile, as it allows for extensive customization to suit a specific event. The GUI is also very well designed, as is the management of multiple language versions. All the automations related to email sending, integrations with payment platforms, and invoicing are also very helpful. I have tried testing many systems for registration and event management, but none were as comprehensive or offered as many possibilities as Conrego

Cons

o be fair and objective, I have to admit that sometimes there are features that haven't been fully tested, which can slightly hinder the system's performance—especially in the early versions. Currently, I don't notice such issues anymore, or they occur very rarely. The system can also slow down a bit with a large number of participants, and for example, mass generation of invoices or other files can be unreliable when the number of registered participants exceeds 500, requiring the process to be split into smaller batches. Overall, the system works, and minor issues occur less and less frequently—but no system is perfect. Problems exist in every one

I met Conrego Software and Conrego Team when I prepared conference for our client. The Conrego is very helpful - making Excel tables became obsolete, participants can register/sign up for event by themselves. Administration panel is easy to use, everything is perspicuous and intuitive. It's a good investment if you would like to increase the importance of the event. I highly recommend this product!
